  Doug is a life saver! I needed my alternator replaced on my car and he was able to get the job done while I was at work. He made my situation better because he was very nice and polite. He didn’t know this but he was my last resort in getting my car fixed due to my rental car needing to go back the same day. Had he not been short staffed before I got my car there he would’ve came and jumped my car off and that I’m appreciative of. It takes nothing to be kind and I will be taking my car there from now on and not the one in moody because they are rude with poor customer service. Leeds location is the BEST! You guys go see Doug! At the Leeds location.

  I’ve trusted Greg Reed at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers in Leeds with my Jeep for years, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Most recently, he completed a full tune-up and discovered a cracked manifold that could have caused much bigger problems if it had gone unnoticed. Instead of just replacing parts and moving on, Greg stopped the job, called us, and had us come to the shop so we could see the issue for ourselves. After we tried unsuccessfully to locate the replacement part, Greg went above and beyond by making his own calls and tracking down exactly what we needed. Without his persistence and willingness to help, we wouldn’t have been able to get my Jeep back together. It’s rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about doing the job right and treating customers honestly. Greg consistently goes the extra mile, communicates every step of the way, and always has our best interests in mind. Thank you, Greg, for your hard work, honesty, and dedication. You’ve earned our trust, and we’ll continue bringing our vehicles to you for years to come!

  Eli was very friendly and let me know the details of the current situation with my filter and windshield wipers. Only thing not done was my tire pressure checked with my left front tire being obviously low that was not addressed or taken care of. As i was pulling out i heard his co-worker mention to him my tire was low which is the only reason i checked myself. Other than that Eli was friendly and respectful. Just check those tires next time.

  I came in for an oil change on 6/26/2026 to Leeds Store #130. I had Eli as my technician. I can’t say enough nice things about him. He was polite, curtious, well mannered . It was very knowledgeable about what he was doing , he told me what all he did, what I needed. He did change my cabin air filter, he took the time to take all my stuff out of my dash to replace the cabin air filter, he was gonna put it back in but I told him I could do it at home . I hope when I come back for my next oil change I get Eli because he was a very sweet very knowledgeable young man.
