I used the $30 dollar wash. The man told me I would get unlimited washes for the next 30 days but did not bother to tell me it would charge my card every month. I didn't want to join that. My brother used this same car wash in the past. He advised me all he did to cancel was call them. I called on two different days, got a recorded message which advised I would be sent a link to cancel. I never received the link. I went to the location and ask how could I cancel. I was advised to go into the office and someone would cancel. I did that and the woman who handled my request told me it was cancelled. I find today the $30 was taken out of my account again . I called customer service -- bad experience. I want the money to be put back in my account. If that does not happen, I will file a complaint with the BBB. ALSO, the brushes did not work on passenger side. Therefore that side was not clean. Word of caution to all -- don't use this facility.

Tommy the assistant manager was very very helpful, he assisted me right away with a positive attitude! he was very informative and you can tell he really values his customers and what he does!!

Very very good, the people running this car wash are the best, the wash was very good and the vacuum and the final drying area are excellent we have joined the wash plan.

Thomas Smith is a great guy always smiling, friendly & willing to help
You don’t have to hunt him down
He comes to you he is always willing to
lend a helping hand
He always goes above and beyond to help
He has been there since day one and I’m truly convinced He is one of the main reason’s it’s still up & running like it is today
He is the main reason Me & My Family & Friends use Take5
