  Sean is a liar! My mother's car broke down and she needed a rental ASAP for medical appointments. She called, spoke with Sean who told her around 1pm that he was coming to pick her up. I made it home around 3pm and she's still sitting on the porch, clutching her purse and sweating like crazy waiting on him. He didn't call back until around 4pm, at which time he told her that she would need two utility bills. He didn't tell her this earlier and waited until the last minute to do so. We both spoke with him, we both asked multiple questions several times and we're completely ignored. Total silence. As we were scrambling around trying to find those bills that she normally throws away by creating online accounts, getting power, water, and digging through the trash because the garbage pickup bill and cable/internet bills were still in there, Sean tells us that he has other customers and that they would accept the utility bills then as soon as we got them all printed out, cleaned up, and in hand she called called him back like he told her to. This was only like 5 minutes later now, Sean informed her that they would not accept her utility bills. I called back to speak with the branch manager and Sean answers the phone again. He's very polite and puts me on hold. After being on hold over 30 minutes, I checked the time and they had closed up and left me on hold. I never got to speak with the manager.... We just went and bought a new car in which we paid cash for since our money isn't good enough for that liar. As i read through the lowest reviews here, I totally understand exactly what these people dealt with. They lost a customer who would have bought a car with cash if that's what it took and it did..... We WILL NEVER help contribute to Sean's pay check nor anyone else's at Enterprise again as we have used them in the past. Sean should be FIRED for blatantly lying to customers.... I hope he enjoys my video review coming out soon. We record our phone calls for quality assurance purposes as well. Alabama is a one party state.

  The Jeep Grand Cherokee was a very nice and reliable vehicle. The price for the number of days that I needed it was good. The employee that I dealt with (JC) was very nice, professional and explained everything to me. I had a great rental experience and was thoroughly satisfied.
