  I had an excellent experience at Bill Penney Toyota! Stephanie Posey was absolutely amazing to work with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. Stephanie took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find the perfect 2026 Toyota Tacoma. She was patient, honest, and never made me feel pressured. I truly appreciated how easy she made the experience from start to finish. Everyone at the dealership was professional and welcoming, and I couldn’t be happier with my new Tacoma.   Came to this dealership for a pre owned 2019 Toyota Camry and the sales representative that helped me, Austin, was awesome from start to finish. He explained everything to me thoroughly about the info of the car and gave me a very down to earth experience when it came to purchasing a vehicle which is a nice change of pace when it comes to car sales. Definitely a good experience and I recommend buying a vehicle from Austin and the people at Bill Penney Toyota, Jasper.

  My son just bought a used Camry from here yesterday. Before we drove down from Madison, Austin was extremely helpful and patient with us and all of our questions and requests for additional pictures. When we met him in person he was very professional, knowledgeable, and again very patient as we had more questions and went further into the details on the history of the vehicle. After the test drive and even more discussion we decided to pull the trigger. Austin walked us through the paperwork process and precoordinated with the finance department before handing us off to Domino who had already found the best rates available and determined the best return on investment relative to down payment. Through Domino's impressive interactive desktop he was able to quickly walk us through the littany of paperwork and signatures organizing everything in separate clearly marked folders for our convenience. When all the paperwork was completed he handed us back off to Austin who helped us transfer personal items between vehicles and gave Steven a quick rundown of the bells and whistles of his new vehicle. From start to finish what could have been a stressful process was everything but. Austin and Domino were both very personable, pleasant, professional and proficient. We never felt rushed or pressured in any way. The overall feel of the dealership was a welcoming and low stress environment with Austin and Domino are ideal ambassadors for the business.

  If you are in the market for 1st class service in every aspect of buying a vehicle you can’t go wrong by giving Deshawn Molinar a call. He listened, didn’t question what I wanted or try to sell me options that I did not want.   Sales associate kendra Hendon was able to get me in a 2026 Toyota Camry Hybrid Sport with Zero down and the payments set to what I could afford, She was able to answer every single question I had about the cars I test drove, She was polite and patient with me while I communicated over the course of 2 months while I made the decision to purchase and what I wanted to purchase, I give bill penny Toyota a super big 10, they took care of me and I am a very happy driver of my 1st brand new car! I give the sales associate 5 stars, She went above and beyond for me, ive never felt so comfortable with a car sales associates EVER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Toyota 👌
