  Just bought a vehicle from Bill Penney Toyota and worked with Kaden Nicholas as my sales rep. Couldn't be happier. Communication from the very first call and text was unbelievably fast and detailed, which made a big difference since I was driving 3 hours to get there. That's a real risk when you're buying sight-unseen from that far away, but the vehicle was even better than the ad or Kaden described, almost flawless. The whole experience was effortless from start to finish: initial calls and texts, then in-dealership with parts, finance, and detail all went smoothly. Shout out to Josh for the key chain too! No doubt I'll buy from Kaden and Bill Penney Toyota again!

  We received excellent service at Bill Penny in Jasper!! The entire process of buying our 2020 4Runner was smooth, friendly, and fast. We immediately felt comfortable and welcome walking through the doors. Our salesman, Tyler Smith, was incredibly kind and responded to my messages and provided adequate information about our vehicle before purchase! We didn't feel pressured or rushed through any of the process from anyone at the dealership. Will absolutely recommend to anyone on the hunt for a new or used car!

  Ask for Kaden Nicholas. After inquiring about a vehicle , he sent me follow ups and walk around videos. He wasn’t pushy or intrusive , just easy to work with. He made sure my questions and concerns were addressed, and was accommodating and friendly. I came from out of town so driving any relative long distance can make some people already on edge as you may see from other reviews. But he was courteous and took care of me so if you are considering heading to Jasper and want a reliable salesperson , ask for Kaden Nicholas

  Just brought home a 2023 Tacoma, my experience was great, the dealers are on top of everything, there wasnt a whole lot of wasted time either, every one was very personable and got us a good deal at the end of the day. Kevin Warren was my primary dealer and he's amazing, he dealt well and negotiated honestly, really appreciate that from a car dealer, would definatly love to get the next one from him but given it was a toyota he might be retired by then lol. Highly recommend
