  Hearing the horror stories here in the comments about being enrolled in a monthly wash program brought back unpleasant memories from Dirty Dog car wash in Oxford. They did the same thing and it took MONTHS to get it corrected which included canceling my credit card and getting a replacement. "No problem" I thought to myself, THIS time I'll pay cash! Oh no you won't! Apparently, they don't accept cash even though our money says, "Legal tender for all debts, public and private" right on the bill. The very nice and talented girl at the gate went over all the wash options, assured me the car wash was great and said I could trust them to wash my $100k Grand Wagoneer. "Great!", I said handing her cash for a $29 wash and was going to give a $20 tip. "Sorry but we don't accept cash" was the reply. WHAT???!!! I explained to her what I read in the comments but she said that corporate won't allow it. Yeah that figures. You can't scam people into a b.s. subscription if they pay cash. I had her open the gate so I could turn around and exit without my wash. I was really looking forward to it too given how nice the place looked. Unfortunately, I won't support a company that doesn't accept cash. I don't need to use a credit card for a $29 bill. Shame on y'all. Do better.

  I love this car wash, only one I go to. I love all the extra options they have at the vacuums to help clean up the interior. Went by this morning and was helped by Samuel and he was so sweet! Thank you! Would recommend (:

  It was my first visit there yesterday & now I'm wishing I wouldn't of waited so long to give it a try! If you're like me & think there's no need for a car wash monthly membership fee, etc. Keep in mind, you're getting new, state of art equipment. There's a prep station that has everything you need to wash your rims good/ anything that might need extra scrubbing/cleaning. Then the vacuums(2 different sizes btw) & a wet towel are also available for free. Also, a BIG SHOUT OUT TO SAMUEL who was so very helpful answering any questions I had and even helped this 50 yr old lady with cleaning my car (I don't think its even part of his job). I was very grateful & it was a big part of my decision in paying for a membership. Customer Service, well, good CS is so hard to find these days so it was nice to see. If you haven't checked it out yet, you def should. You won't be disappointed.

The attention to detail was remarkable provided by JAYDON THOMAS and I could see the passion behind his work. • The ambiance was inviting and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. •I found the pricing to be very reasonable considering the high quality of service.   Always a great experience and I have been washing here for a year and a half. Jaydon Thomas has greeted me twice lately with a fantastic smile and compliments on my vehicle as he delivers my air freshener and lets me through. Sometimes that one big smile and a simple conversation makes a world of difference in someone’s day. Keep smiling and engaging with people, Jaydon, it is appreciated by your customers and will always come back to you in blessings. Employees like Jaydon are rare and very special these days.
