  I came in yesterday and got my oil changed and serviced. A guy named Jakob helped me, he was very respectful and explained to me he was fairly new. That being said he also explained they were short staffed. He was very concerned with treating me in a way where all my needs as a customer were met. I will definitely be back and hopefully the rest of the crew is just as respectful!!

  I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was so good I had to brag on them! The staff was super nice, my oil change was quick, and it wasn’t crazy expensive. Jacob was especially nice and helpful and encouraged me to leave a review. I’ll definitely be back and recommend!

  Jeff, the manager in Jacksonville, AL, and Daniel, (over the "satellite shop"), saved me A LOT of time and money, through diagnosing, preventative maintenance, and superb workmanship, in a more than timely manor; These 2 guys = "BIG Added Value". I had no idea why my vehicle was rapidly losing performance. Jeff and crew studied the vehicle, diagnosed 3 reasons for the loss in performance; they immediately made all repairs in 1/2 day. If not for the multiple diagnosis and immediate repairs, the vehicle would be non-operational within weeks, costing me thousands, plus would put me out of a job for 2 weeks. Instead, I'm going to work today! These guys saved me - for $1,200. I'm a grateful fan of Jeff and Danny's operation, and Express Oil/Tire Engineers in Jacksonville, AL. -Sincere Thanks, Greg Slay

  Long time customer here. Just wanted you to know that Jacob C. was a great tech and now an even better manager. He always took great care of us at Anniston and now that I know he’s in Jacksonville I will be going there from now on. He’s an asset to the organization. Can we get a shop full of Jacob’s? Thank you for your great work, young man. It is much appreciated.

  I got an oil change and my windshield wipers changed on Friday by Camden. He was very helpful, polite, and had a good attitude. A lot of people are harsh on young people but you would be surprised on the good workers you could have at your business if you just give them a chance. Thank you Camden!
