Stopped in with a strange rattle and no one was home. Door was open. Skinny dude was alone in the service area, pushing a truck by hand. No one in the offices. An old guy in the waiting area watching TV and talking to himself. He did not respond. Called out, no answer. Called their phone, got a bot. So are they any good? No idea. Thought I'd walked into some post-rapture movie, where Purgatory was actually a tire place in Irondale, Alabama.

I got my oil changed here, and everyone was so kind and respectful. They even showed me the dip stick at the end to confirm the oil had been changed. They also informed me I needed a new battery soon, but did not push me into a sale. Will be retuning when my car needs more maintenance!

This is one of the worse places to take your car, first I called them and told them about my car they said we can perform a check on my car so I spent $140 to get it towed there they couldn't operate the fuel pressure tester then the machanic suggested to me to start with my fuel pressure regulator so I said ok and then the manager looked it up at Advance auto and told me the part was $274.00 and they labor was 110.00 so I called advance my self and found out the regulator was only $62.00 they are crooks and will overcharge you and then say we don't make the price. But anyway I went and got the part myself and then the manager said I can't warranty the work even when the part came from the exact same place with receipt then the machanic put it on and car did the same thing no fix he took it off put the old one on and then said they can't do nothing with it so I had to spend another $135.00 to get it towed to somewhere else totally garbage, me or my family will never take a vehicle there again!!!!

I had a valve stem that needed to be replaced and was leaking air. so I went to here to see what they could do to help me. I was greeted once I arrived and the guys where very kind and helpful and got right on my problem and had me on my way in a matter of minutes I was very pleased with the service and readiness to help me and get me on my way I will be back if I have anymore problems in the future with my tires!
