  I got a call the night before a road trip that my rental car was unavailable and I would need to find another location. Customer service directed me to an alternate location and sent me the invoice. Upon arriving at the alternate location the morning of my 10 hour road trip, I was told that there was no record of my appointment, and that there was only one car available with 30 on the waitlist already. Even after showing my receipt, I couldn’t get any help. Finally the third location I found, actually had a car for me, but it was more expensive than my original rental by about. $30-$40. Because of this, I was two hours behind schedule on a 10 hour road trip and had to cancel plans for that evening upon arrival. This is the last time I will ever use Enterprise or recommend them. The current business model does nothing to take care of the customers or make them feel like they are the priority.

  Anyways friendly, timely, and efficient. My car is always ready when they say it's going to be and I get what I ask for- it something similar.

  Enterprise on Crestwood blvd is the best, wonderful service, great vehicles, really appreciate those guys they take care of me every time

  Upon pickup the customer service that I experienced with Denise was swift and efficient! She was professional and personable! Delightful. Upon returning the vehicle the same with the two gentlemen! Great customer service. The vehicle operated well.

  I recently rented a vehicle from the irondale location and every step was easy, the service was great! I will be using this location again!
