I went in twice for a battery replacement and even stopped by a third time just to ask for some advice. Every visit, Marcus and Brian went above and beyond to help me. They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely polite. They took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was taken care of correctly, and never made me feel rushed. Their customer service is outstanding, and it’s clear they work very hard to take care of their customers. It’s rare to find employees who consistently provide this level of service. Marcus and Brian are a huge asset to this store, and I’ll definitely be returning because of the excellent experience they provided. Highly recommend!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
