I came in with a broken splash shield that I had tried and failed to fix, they got it fixed super fast, and then asked for nothing but a review. The best service, the kindest people, and the fastest oil changes.

Service was nice and polite. Lack of disclosure before proceeding with putting in additional oil, if needed. This should be disclosed ahead of time. Not a good business practice. BEWARE - if you buy from Groupon, it only covers 5 qts - you will be charged for extra oil and where you can buy that same Valvoline extra quart of oil for about $9, Valvoline will charge you $15. Lastly, not happy about Valvoline sloughing off responsibility to Groupon when the Valvoline company has to approve their ads and deals on Groupon.

Everyone here is clearly very customer-service oriented. I originally came here this past Tuesday for an oil change since I got a coupon in the mail for a first-time oil change. They were quick, and very clearly thankful for the business. On that day, they advised I get more work done on my vehicle, but I had to return to my job. I then returned today and again had a good experience. Shoutout to Ty, Jerred and Jonny
