  OK, if you want exceptional service, this is your place. The guys were watching and waiting for customers when I arrived a little after 8 AM. The second I pulled into the bay, they sprung into action as a team and went over my car with a fine tooth comb. It took them probably ten minutes start to finish. Great job.

  I have visited this establishment twice the first was a good experience no issues no problems whatsoever but the next time is when the problems were. I came in got an oil change nothing seemed out or the ordinary but as I continued to drive I noticed that my car was running rough then I noticed that my car was running hot! So I knew that since I had just left and no one else had been under the hood of my car to take it right back up there to see what the problem was. Well I saw when I got out of the car that I had cooolant sprayed all over the top of the motor and that I was dangerously low on coolant. Of course they took care of the problem but I feel that something was overlooked in the initial service that could’ve cost serious problems now I’m on the fence on bringing any vehicle that I have back

  Fantastic service and super friendly! I'm a female who does know her car and it's maintenance, and these guys did not try to upsell or mansplaine. So ladies or anyone for that matter, if that light is on or about to be and your hesitant about where to go because maybe your auto knowledge isn't that high, definitely go to this Valvoline, you will be treated with kindness and respect without being overcharged for things you don't actually need. Happy to bring my car back to Jerred, Tyler,and Christopher! Nice job guys!

  Came in from out of state with my daughters car to get it serviced and couldn't have been more satisfied the service was great and the speed on the full service received as well as the recommendations and etc were all really great.
