  I bought new wheels and tires for my BMW several months back spending over $2000 at this location. I take it in for a tire rotation to start with in Decatur and they tell me they can't do it because they don't have the right socket. I call this location where I bought them from and they said bring it on in and we will take care of it. I took it in and almost immediately we feel a bounce/shaking in the car like something is out of balance. I take it back to this location after that and they tell me it doesn't have the right lug bolts (but these are the lug bolts they installed with the new wheels). They search online and tell me I need to purchase a different lug bolt that is smaller so the wheels can be taken off/on easier without damaging the wheel. Long story short, after 4 trips back and forth and me purchasing 2 different sets of lug bolts. The original problem is still there after the tire rotation. Here I am down almost $90 for lug bolts and the car in the same condition I took it in for. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !

  Great, professional customer service!!! I had a screw in my tire and stopped in (first time visit) to get it fixed! The entire staff, especially Nate, Ben and Austin, could not have been more friendly and helpful, especially since I had lost my wheel lock!! Not only were they able to get my tire repaired without the wheel lock but they fixed it in a reasonable amount of time and did not charge me for it!! Because of my great experience with them, they will now be my go-to place for my cars needs! Give them a visit! You won’t be disappointed!

  I came in to have a nail removed from my tire and the tire patched. Nate and Ben assisted me, and they were both incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They provided excellent customer service and completed the repair promptly and efficiently. I truly appreciate the great experience and will definitely be returning for any future tire needs. Highly recommend!

  Went here to get a tire patched. They claimed there were multiple punctures and they were too close together(3 within 18 inches) and refused to fix it and wanted to sell be a tire. I've done tire service for over a decade and this is a BS excuse. Comes off as extremely predatory, never doing business with these people again.

  I’m never one to complain, EVER. I had gotten new tires at a different location in Huntsville, and the service was good. Got 4 new tires with a free oil change but had to make a separate appointment for the oil change. Took my car to this location for an oil change and whewww. I understand, it’s a free service but I asked if they would refill my windshield wiper fluid and they did not. Not only that, the cover under my car was not secured back on at all. It was missing 4 screws. Caught the wind and scraped the crap out of it. It’s a minor inconvenience, yes. This is my first nice car. I’ve only owned crap before this car. So I took pride in there being NOTHING wrong with it besides basic maintenance. So now my skid plate, belly pan, under cover whatever thing is all scratched up and missing the front part. Maybe it was just a bad day, it was hot as heck outside so I understand but that isn’t an excuse to half butt something on someone’s belongings.
