Also, I took it in for pre-trip inspection- while I appreciate that they offer this at no cost, everything is supposed to be checked. It lists on the inspection checklist that headlights are checked. They didn't tell me my headlight was out. I knew it was out when I took the car in, but they didn't say anything about it. Was everything checked off the list? 🤔I usually go to the one in Madison and I love it. This hurt my confidence a little though.
