  We needed a tire replaced, and made an appt. We gave them an extra day to get the tire in so we didn’t rush them. On the day of our appt, we arrived 10 minutes before. Another couple was in line ahead of us- they didn’t have an appt and were told their service would take 30-60 minutes. We were told “no more than 30 minutes” for ours. The other couple leaves within 30 minutes (again, with no appointment). 50 minutes after we arrived the manager asks “which tire needs fixing”. We tell him, then inquire about the time. He says “oh yea, it’s easy. This only takes about 10 minutes to handle”. Long story short, it took nearly an hour and a half, with an appt, to do a “10 minute” repair. They never take accountability and this seems to be the norm for their business. Will not be using them in the future.

  The absolute best tire place there is. The guys are great and helpful. Service is top notch. Prices are great. Can’t say enough good about them!

  Update: I was refunded for the accidental "overcharge". But they still couldn't explain why I was overcharged. I appreciate the District Manager reaching out directly to resolve. As of right now. I will not be returning to this location. Brought in 4 tires to be mounted and balanced. 19" tires on a genesis and was charged $80 per tire. Over the phone I thought i heard $36 per tire because who in their right mind would charge $360 for mounting 4 tires but here we are? They were closer than the genesis dealership who normally charges around $100 for all 4. When I got an explanation they just said the price goes up when certain things are met for the tires. If you are bringing your own tires, absolutely go somewhere else.

  Great service! They met me in the parking lot to immediately start taking my car information to get me checked in and were friendly through the entire process. I highly recommend this location of Tire Discounters!

  Let's just say this... been taking my car to this location of Tire Discounters since they opened, so they are the only ones to take the tires off and put them on... so now they are saying the studs are stuck and will break... they are saying this is a failure of my car and to check the forums on how this is a common problem... my checking shows that this is due to over tightening and mishandling of installation... they are adamant his is failure of my car... never had this happen and own three other cars... so... be careful out there... I'm going to other shops...
