Last week I had dropped my vehicle off to get a set of tires and use my Tire Discounters card to purchase them. When I came after work to pick up my vehicle they told me they no longer accepted the "old" Synchrony Credit card and to reapply for the new card and cut up the old one. Dennis, the manager, was not willing to work with me when I said that I didn't plan on paying with another form of payment and I ended up leaving without any tires. I spoke to another Tire Discounters the next day and found out that they DO still accept the "old" card, I just wouldn't be eligible for 0% finance. I cannot believe Dennis lied and wasted my time and his employees time. This reflects poorly on Tire Discounters as a whole. I have had multiple coworkers ask me which location this was as to avoid it.

All they have to do is pour it in a vat and dispose of the filter, pure laziness. It’s not like they don’t perform oil changes. This is how they treat their customers and I guess they don’t expect repeat business.
