  Had to have 2 tires fixed in the same day, there is some construction going on around the house. Brie handle both cases for me and was super understanding and nice

  I came in for a routine oil change, during which the cabin air filter was removed for inspection. The filter was extremely dirty and overdue for replacement, which I take responsibility for. When I started the car after the service, the blower motor made an extremely loud, abnormal noise. I immediately reported it and was told the blower motor was already bad, and that the leaves and debris on top of the filter had been masking the problem. A technician repeated the same explanation, but it didn’t make sense to me. After taking the vehicle home, I investigated and quickly found the actual cause: debris had fallen into the blower assembly when the filter was removed. I cleaned out what I could, and the noise immediately improved. I may still need to remove part of the dash to clean it properly and check for damage. I’m not upset that the filter was dirty or that debris accidentally fell into the blower motor. Mistakes happen. What bothers me is that nobody acknowledged the possibility, and I was instead told the motor had already been failing. Running it with debris inside could cause further damage, vibration, restricted airflow, or eventual failure. The shop had also recommended other repairs, so the lack of transparency was especially concerning. I had to identify the problem myself, even though the noise began immediately after they worked on the filter. An honest explanation and an effort to correct the issue would have made a significant difference. This is my second issue with the business, and it’s enough for me to stop returning. A routine oil change shouldn’t leave me questioning what happened to my vehicle or whether I now need to repair something that was working normally when I arrived.

  Everytime I come to one of these stores everyone is so nice and friendly. They genuinely seem happy to be there! I really appreciate Dennis and his team for working on my car quickly and have solutions equally as fast!
