The place was clean, staff helpful, and said they would call when finished. They did exactly that. Made it easy, and took very good care of my vehicle and me.

While inside I told them why I was there for, gentlemen does not check the computer then proceed to say appointment or not, I can’t get you in. Then proceeds to say I can schedule you in another day. I do not understand on making an appointment if imma gonna get told the next time “appointment or not, I can’t get you in.”

After John looked at it unfortunately I had dry rot in my tire and had to get a new tire. John was very kind and understanding and extremely helpful, he went through lists of tires with me to help me find the best deal, and tire I could afford.it was the best experience I've had at a tire shop in a very long time. They had my SUV in and working on it within 25 to 30 minutes if even that. And they were done very quickly as well. All of the staff were extremely kind and professional. The tires were not overpriced especially for the kind of vehicle I have. It looks great, it runs great, I will definitely be back when I decide to replace my other tires. Thanks tire discounters.
