- DMD MacAug 8, 20261.0Got 4 tires on a Saturday morning around 9 o'clock. Was told it would be done that day. Well no calls or updates until about an hour before closing time when I had to call and see how it was coming that I was told the car would be ready. No I was told it wasn't going to be ready and that I would need to bring it back Monday to get the alignment on the tires. Well Monday turned into scheduling an appointment at o'clock Thursday. And I will add for the car not being ready the manager thought a pair of wipers would make it better. Really? I would love to know if the workers would've been OK with how I was being treated. And let me get back to the 3 oclock appointment to get the alignment done that I was told would be done the Saturday when I was told. The car just got finished after sitting there for over 2 hours. If thats what you guys think is good business ill let you determine that because the $10 wipers were almost an insult. Just want others to know my experience and these were tires that were in stock so im just baffled why this is supposed to be ok. Id suggest maybe putting yourselves in the customer shoes when they are told the vehicle was going to be done that day. The manager acted like it wasn't a big deal. Really...?! Just wow. I can say most definitely will not be going back. Hope nobody else has the same experience. Good luck
