  The culture here is awesome. All the workers are so kind and helpful!! Also, the suction is almost always so strong and the time it wasn’t one of the workers fixed it for me. GREAT people. I’ll never go anywhere else in Huntsville for a car wash!!

  While waiting for their kiosk to tell me that my card went through, to remove it, ask to or even give me a receipt or any other standard confirmation of payment and service, a long haired employee with glasses and a speech impediment walked up. I turned down my radio and asked what he said. “I said you must not know how gates work. It’s open for you”. Rude. Car didn’t get fully cleaned on top of that. I won’t be back.

  Damage caused to vehicle 4/30/2026 Employees refuse to rinse vehicle, scratched paint.. maroon 2018 GMC Sierra.. Employees still refuse to use brushes and rinse vehicles. Only location in USA with this ATTITUDE
