  Demarcus Williams and Russell Thomas did An excellent job. They were kind and personable. They also answered every question I had and I had a lot. Always come here always well great job DeMarcus and Russell. How do I send it?

  I went for the first time today and Demarcus was very helpful. I had questions and he answered them proficiently. I am use to mechanics being rude but he was very knowledgeable and nice. Will be back!

  I had an excellent experience at Road Store #77 with the Strickland Brothers team. From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, welcoming, and truly focused on helping me. Allen and Russell Thomas went above and beyond to help me when another location wasn’t able to resolve my issue. They were incredibly accommodating, worked quickly, and made sure my problem was taken care of without any hassle. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and efficient. I truly appreciate their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help. I highly recommend this Strickland Brothers location!

  Excellent experience at Strickland Brothers thanks to Alan the manager, Kevin, and Remarks. The entire team was professional, respectful, and extremely helpful from start to finish. They got me in and out quickly while still taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. It’s refreshing to see employees who truly care about customer service and take pride in their work. Alan runs a great team, and Kevin and Remarks were outstanding as well. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning for future service.

  I’ve always used them and never had an issue before well this time nothing but issues the workers are nice yes but about cost me a whole motor after an oil change my cars check engine light came on and start/stop system stopped working I sent in an email questioning if we used the right oil I got two back to back calls from I guess a regional manager while I was at work and when I tried to call back no answer even left a message still zero response and instead got an email from customer service saying he tried to call you didn’t answer as if having a job wasn’t allowed and I needed to immediately pick up that phone call in the middle of the day well finally I had to take a look at my car on my own because it was getting bad and the engine was making a noise Come to find out they didnt put the oil cap back on correctly causing all of my oil to completely come out my car basically was in zero oil I spent $190 for an oil change and instead ended up almost blowing a motor over something so simple I put brand new oil in my car and put the cap back on correctly and problem solved (I’m not a mechanic by any means) their problem solving is horrendous they are avoidant and this was a waste of money that almost costed me my whole car I for sure will never trust them again not everyone can just afford a big mess up like that
