  Chase was such a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and professional with all that went into purchasing my new RDX. I have bought many Acura’s and a Honda through the years and have always been pleased with their quality.

  Oil change service was done in a timely manner. Car was washed, as well. I need tires soon so they gave me a quote but did not pressure me to purchase right away/acknowledged I have a little life left in the current ones.

  I have owned a few Honda Mini vans and Cr-v`s in my life but I will never enter a Honda dealer again. I will also make sure to put the word out to My 12 brothers and sister and my 35 nieces and nephews whom are all over the age of 30 to never go in one again. I have been dealing with “Shottenkirk Honda Huntsville “ for a used Mustang and It has been the worst experience of my life. I asked them to hold a vehicle for me and send me the price sheet. They said they had the car available and could hold it but I needed to sign the price sheet to hold it. I told them I was in the middle of trying to buy a plane ticket to fly down to buy it so we need to get everything done quick. I look at the sheet and asked them to remove the worry-free care since I was out of state I didn’t want it. Now just because of that they now come back and tell me that I have to finance with them. I explained I was essentially coming in with a check so the same as cash from My State Dept Federal Credit Union. They said no I have to finance with them so I said no and hung up. Who does not except cash for a car. The sales manager then calls and says well there is a lot of fraud out there so we have to use our own finance. This is a load of Bull. He then says he will see what he can do but needs to call my credit union to make sure it's not fraud. I gave him all the info but never called my credit union. I then asked in text and email what was going on and no one responds for over two hours. I then asked again and at about 3pm five hours later from when I first contacted them they said there is an appointment for the car in the next hour and if not bought they will let me know. These are the most underhanded tricks I have ever seen. I asked them at 10am to hold the car. They give me the run around for a few hours knowing I am trying to buy a ticket to fly there tomorrow and they keep me at bay while they wait to see if an appointment coming in will buy it. They essentially discriminated against me because I was out of town and not using there financing. I asked to hold the car 5 hours before their appointment came in to see it so I was in line first. They gave me the run around while they waited for them to come in. This dealership shows how Honda lacks in Professionalism and how they do not know how to treat people in general or their customers.

  We had a very pleasant experience at Shottenkirk Acura. We found the car we were looking for online and ended up with a deal that we couldn't beat anywhere else. Corinne and Travis went out of the way to take care of our concerns and helped us get into the car we needed. Thank you again!
