After a multiple-day disaster with a punctured tire and missing wheel lock key, I was at my wits' end when I called Performance (thanks to a recommendation) to see whether they had a tool to remove the lock. After having it towed in, they were able to remove and replace the locking nuts with regular ones as well as get me a new tire when the old one couldn't be patched. Joanie was so kind and personable, and the technicians I spoke to were nice. If you're looking for a small business that will be honest with you and provide great service and products at a good price, this is the place to go. I will definitely be returning for my future service needs!

Performance Tire & Service provided exceptional service. I needed a tire for my specialized van that I use for driving my disabled mother to and from appointments. They identified the problem, found the tire, and installed the tire on a Friday, just as they were closing. They told me they would stay as long as it took to get the tire installed for me. They have kind and considerate and professional service and I will use them for my tire needs in Huntsville.

AVOID unless you don't like having your money. I pleaded with their service advisor, Jaime for a lower cost on every aspect: inspection, labor, and part. Their markup is insane. I had looked up the cost of the part for 33820-08020 and found it for 49.29 at Advance Auto part. They charged me over $300. They said mine was broken. So I asked for the part after and identified that what was broken was likely the bushing or linkage clip. That is 18 from Autozone. But, being the trusting guy that I am, I assumed the cable was broken, as they claimed, and bought the cable anyway. Then they charge 180 per service hour at 2 hours. The dealership down the street probably charges 200. It's scam artists like these people that force me to work 3 jobs to stay afloat in this town.

Quickest and best tire shop in Huntsville area! I called up there to see if they could get me in for an emergency tire replacement. my lady’s tire was sitting at 4psi and had absolutely no tread left, so i asked if they were booked for the day. they assured me they could fit me in so i limped the car over there and they told me it would take about an hour. to my surprise i was called up to the desk 25 minutes later and told i was good to go. great price on the tire and labor was competitively priced. all in all great experience and speedy service. Thank you all again so much for taking care of us today!
