  Performance Tire & Service provided exceptional service. I needed a tire for my specialized van that I use for driving my disabled mother to and from appointments. They identified the problem, found the tire, and installed the tire on a Friday, just as they were closing. They told me they would stay as long as it took to get the tire installed for me. They have kind and considerate and professional service and I will use them for my tire needs in Huntsville.

  AVOID unless you don't like having your money. I pleaded with their service advisor, Jaime for a lower cost on every aspect: inspection, labor, and part. Their markup is insane. I had looked up the cost of the part for 33820-08020 and found it for 49.29 at Advance Auto part. They charged me over $300. They said mine was broken. So I asked for the part after and identified that what was broken was likely the bushing or linkage clip. That is 18 from Autozone. But, being the trusting guy that I am, I assumed the cable was broken, as they claimed, and bought the cable anyway. Then they charge 180 per service hour at 2 hours. The dealership down the street probably charges 200. It's scam artists like these people that force me to work 3 jobs to stay afloat in this town.

  I was involved in a single vehicle accident, in which I fell asleep driving. They were so courteous, professional, and mannerable regarding my particular situation in which it was--unfortunately--presented to them; Particularly the nice blonde haired lady at the front desk. She suggested she speak with my family member or friend about the current situation with my car over the phone which resulted in my bill being paid! They seemed almost too good to be true. I thank God for them all.
