- JJJay Jay2 days ago5.0Great my people my tire light was on and the tech in the shop showed me how to air my tires up!
- JLJ. Long3 days ago1.0These ppl seemed lost and confused.. I went and got some work done on struts after work was "completed" there was a service suspension light on dash that was not there prior, steering wheel alignment way off, using hammers to install struts just seemed incompetent, to make matters worse I kept hearing the right front strut sound loose, I took it to another Mavis location, they found bolts not even hand tightened just spinning.. a legitimate safety hazard, a lawsuit for negligence is not off the table. Travis the manager needs to be fired it's unacceptable and ridiculous.

- MBMarcy BerrardSep 8, 20261.0I booked an 8:00 a.m. appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time and waited patiently, but while I was sitting there, I watched three other vehicles that did not have appointments get pulled in and worked on before mine. My vehicle still had not even been brought in to begin service. I finally asked the person behind the desk at 9:36 why vehicles without appointments were being taken ahead of someone who had scheduled an 8:00 a.m. appointment. He really didn’t have an explanation and stayed quiet, so I calmly asked for my keys back and left. What was most frustrating is that I drove down the street to another shop without an appointment and had both my oil changed and tires rotated within 30 minutes. I understand that shops get busy and unexpected things happen, but I don’t understand the purpose of offering online appointments if they aren’t going to be honored or prioritized. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience
