I had my tires changed a little over a month ago and started getting an error message about my tire pressure. She told me to come at anytime and they would take care of it. Had me in and out in less than 30 minutes!

New to the area and came here because of all the good reviews online. While there was an unforeseeable issue that happened, they made it right in a timely and professional manner. 5 star.

He answered all my questions with with professional and was knowledgeable about the service I inquired. Upon arrival, Joseph greeted me with a smile and explained the service process. During my visit, he saw me the problematic issues with my vehicle. I never had an car service saw me personally what future services I will need in the future. He explained the issues and asked my questions without hesitation. I am so happy I decided to contact this location for my car services need. I would definitely recommend this location, to anyone who is looking for great customer and car service. Later, in the service I learned Joseph was the service manager. Thank you Joseph for the excellent experience.

They were able to fit me in without an appointment and took my car right away, which I truly appreciated. I had actually come from another Mavis location where I had an appointment, but after waiting for about 30 minutes with no progress, I decided to leave. I’m so glad I did. The team at the University location was kind, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They made the entire process smooth and stress free. 10 out of 10, I would absolutely recommend this location.

He gave me a discount on getting both of my front tires fixed, he also was very informative on what exactly he was going to fix about my tires the next time I came in as well. The following week I came in and he remembered who I was which shows signs of an employer who cares about his customers. Also him and his team replaced both of my tires in under 20 minutes! I highly recommend anyway in need of tire assistance to go to Mr Joseph and his team!
