  Had an excellent experience with Icon Autoworks for an alignment. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the findings and the corrective work that was performed. They provided a detailed before-and-after alignment report, clearly communicated the results, and answered follow-up questions promptly. It was refreshing to work with a shop that values transparency and customer service. For EV owners in the Huntsville area, it's great to have a capable local option for alignment work instead of making the long drive to a manufacturer service center. Highly recommend Icon Autoworks and will definitely use them again in the future.

  I put them in a tough situation by showing up just before they closed because of my busy schedule. They assured me it was no problem and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of during the short amount of free time I had with a smile on their face. Will never get work done at any other shop.

  Excellent service at very fair prices. Ryan and his technicians are honest and do their best to diagnose. What's wrong with your car in a timely manner. I have been taking both of my cars there for service for the past 2 years. I highly recommend them.

  Very expensive then any other place I spend $2000 For repairs I look at the invoice They charge me for credit card transactions They charge for part delivery The charges for tools to used they charge me for diagnostic fee even I tell them what need to be repaired they left the car out so the yard and where it was raining and the SMA part was damaged I want to start the car the car need jump there technician asked me where is battery located And $725 to replace AC compressor and supply the part, $ 1279 for gas leak replacement all this I can have it done somewhere else for less money
