  The whole team was amazing and I was literally in and out and under 10 minutes. It was incredible. I was able to do it on my lunch break and they were super funny and entertaining. Would definitely go again! Shoutout to Hunter 6/5 stars (you read that right!)

  I had a really stressful day, but my experience at Express Oil Change completely turned things around. I walked in feeling frazzled, and Lisa went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to find such genuine kindness and professional service, and I’m so grateful for her help today. I'll definitely be back!!

  My tire sensor was messed up and I had the ongoing problem for about a week I pulled in and in 20 minutes they helped me with my problem and fixed it for me. Extremely thankful for the fast service even though they were about to close they still took good care of me and my problem.

  When this location first opened, they were great. The quality and service have gone way down the drain now. I bought 60k miles tires here on a minivan and they had to be replaced after 30k. I only ever got my van serviced here and they had no explanation for the reasoning of why the tires had worn out so quickly despite having it regularly serviced and tires rotated. Just recently came for an oil change and rotation in a different vehicle. They couldn’t get to my rotation so after an hour, I made an appt to come back the next morning. No problem. When I showed up the next morning, they looked at me like I was crazy and said they were too backed up to rotate them. I don’t know why they let me make the appt? In addition, I asked for ballpark pricing on a sensor and they once again looked at me clueless. I pulled out my phone and googled ballpark pricing while the employee was standing right in front of me unable to answer the basic question. Mind you, he was the one who brought to my attn that a sensor even needed replacing in the first place. I won’t be returning to this location again.

For the last couple of nights, my headlights had become so dim that I could barely tell they were on while driving at night. My first stop resulted in being quoted nearly $200 per headlight, and my second stop told me the vehicle would need to go to the dealership. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach the dealership, I decided to call Express Oil Change #159 to see if they could point me in the right direction. From the moment I arrived, Willard, Lisa, and Hunter were absolutely phenomenal. They immediately assessed the situation, explained my options, and demonstrated a genuine willingness to help. Their professionalism and honesty were refreshing. I made a trip to a nearby Advance Auto Parts to purchase the recommended bulbs, only to discover they weren’t the correct fit. The team quickly identified the right bulbs, and after another trip to the store, I returned to Express Oil Change where they promptly got my vehicle in and completed the installation. Not only did they solve the problem, but they also saved me a significant amount of money. I ended up spending a little under $200 total, while the dealership and previous shop would have charged me at least 50% more. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Willard, Lisa, and Hunter went above and beyond. Their expertise, honesty, patience, and commitment to helping customers are exactly what keeps people coming back.
