  Normally a good place but today’s manager is not. Pulled me in and made me turn off my car on a hot day. Then proceeded to leave me sitting there watching 3 people including said manager service 2 cars. After 10 minutes they finally came over to work on my car. Definitely won’t be back till I am sure he is gone. With the prices as high as they are you would think customer service would be focused on. Not express today!

  Gerald checked my car in less than 10 minutes! The customer service at This Express Oil, is the Reason I Always let them service my car, when I’m in Huntsville. (I Live in Birmingham!). They are efficient And Know Exactly What to do for my Equus!! Thank You, Gerald!
