Kolby is my hero! I am a caregiver and needed to get to my client this morning. With great care and great customer service he made sure that I was satisfied and off to work on time. He also asked me were there any other services he could assist me with. And he made sure to ask if I was a customer and if they could change my oil as well. I make sure to let him know that I was already a customer that's why I was coming back. I usually visit several other Express oil change but he made my experience also so I will make this one my home. Shout out to Kolby!!! You rock! Is he a manager or just a regular employee? I wasn't sure but it he isn't perhaps he should be. He has great customer service skills. I truly treated me as if that's how he wanted to be treated if he were a customer somewhere!!!
