  Savannah and the entire team was fantastic! I went in having them make sure my oil wasn’t leaking on top of an oil change and they were more than helpful. I will always leave a review for awesome customer service and kind people! This will now be my new express oil location. Thanks again!!

  I had an excellent experience with Franklin at Express Oil Change on Bob Wallace Avenue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of correctly. The service was fast, honest, and efficient, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but Franklin truly exceeded expectations. I highly recommend asking for him if you stop by — outstanding work and a great attitude!

  Savannah is great! She made me feel at ease, especially as a woman receiving a simple oil change, and spoke to me in a courteous and professional manner without pressuring me to use services I didn't need or desire. For her alone, I would return to this location.
