Got my oil changed and service was friendly and fast. They also checked my filters and then discovered my brake lights weren’t working! They replaced the brake bulbs in addition to my oil change. Franklin was great and I appreciated getting the cost prior to the service.

Everyone was above and beyond my expectations. Very friendly, a clean shop. Informative, showing me other services I did not know about. I will definitely be looking forward to returning and having more work done on my car.

I had a great experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers on Bob Wallace in Huntsville. My technician, Franklin, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire service. He took the time to educate me on the different types of oil available and explained which option would be best for my vehicle based on its current mileage. He even let me know about coupon codes available online that the location would honor, which I really appreciated. Franklin was very thorough with the inspection and also made sure to reset my oil-life meter so it reflected 100% after the service. On top of providing great customer service, he was friendly, personable, and gave me a good laugh, which made my day even better. I truly appreciated the service and would definitely recommend this location — and Franklin in particular!
