- ABAnn BoltonOct 3, 20265.0INCREDIBLE SERVICE !!! 10/10 will only go to this express oil change ever!! They saved the day for me when my tires were bald!
- MLMarkus LeverockOct 1, 20265.0Johnathan got me in and out with no issues. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will be back for sure.
- JJJamieSep 25, 20261.0Wow, and not in a good way.. I recently moved to North alabama from shelby county. And it's night and day. I've taken multiple vehicles to multiple locations up here and they're all the same. First, no one gets in a hurry to come great you, they EVENTUALLY mosey out like they're upset you came in and get your sticker. Then they don't wash your windshield, they didn't recommend a single service (and I know I'm due for a R&B) they don't even check your fluids. Then I get my receipt and everything is "by request" WTH am I paying 100 bucks for an oil change for of I have to ASK you to check all my fluids? I get tire pressure, but differential, power steering, trans fluid? 100 bucks for drain and fill and it still takes 20 min. Didn't even offer to reset my light. Wow has this company gone down hill fast. Needless to say I won't be doing business there again. There's ZERO value there.
- NVNick VaughanSep 19, 20261.0I watched them overtighten screws and break a light housing on the car in front of me, didn't tell them. They changed my oil and didn't tighten the oil filter properly so it leaked. Them I found the shielding was hanging loose. If you want a bunch of teenagers change your oil and break your car, then you have the right location.
- JAJoshua AustinSep 16, 20265.0I don’t leave reviews, but these guys were great. Water pump went in my Tacoma and shredded the main belt while I was on the highway. Express oil was the closest place I could get to. They fixed it same day no questions asked. John the manager was great and even showed me the broken pump after replacing it so I could see the damage. Nothing but good things to say, thanks guys!
