  Andrew was a big help to me Saturday. The splash guard under my car had come loose. The dealership at last oil change had not replaced all screws and just used a zip tie. He fixed problem at no charge. I will now use express oil for oil changes. Really appreciate his help especially since it at closing time on a Saturday. Thanks again

I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into making sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend Express Oil on North Pkwy to anyone looking for great service.   They will pump your tires for free, so consider getting your oil changes from here! The oil changes are not too expensive, very fast, and easy with kids because you can stay in your car. Will be getting my cars serviced at the end of the month.

  Mack truly went above and beyond for me! I went to get my headlight changed, and although he could have easily said no because the headlight housing was broken, he took the time to understand my financial situation and still helped me get it taken care of. He even explained what part I could get to help prevent it from going out again. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help meant more to me than he probably realizes. I truly appreciate him going the extra mile and treating me with understanding instead of just turning me away. Excellent service and an even better person! I highly recommend Mack!

  I came in for a tire replacement under warranty, been using a rental to get to work and took off work early to get here and get it done. Wasn’t looking like they were gonna be able to get to it today which would’ve totally screwed me for commuting to work tomorrow. Andrew told me he was gonna go get the tire from another shop for me & get it taken care of after a discussion we had and he understands the bind I was in. Can’t say enough good things about him he’s definitely one of the good ones.
