  The hood service manager is extremely articulate and involved with all of his hood techs that are working. I've been to all the express oil changes in the general area and this is the best one.

  I can always rely on them for a speedy oil change and straight forward honesty when they see a car problem that needs to be addressed. Daniel and Justin did an awesome job replacing my main drive belt (the old one was worn and frayed, which they noticed when I received an oil change). This belt is really hard to get to and replace, in my opinion, and they had this work finished within an hour. Now my truck drives like a champ and I don't have to worry about it shutting down!

  Jeremy was very courteous helpful . Did not talk down to me female 75 year old. Comfortable waiting…coffee watch. Timely service Was glad to find this place

  I had a rewarding experience when I was driving to find Walmart for an oil change. I’m from Illinois and I got confused listening to my GPS so I made a U turn right into Express Oil Change! The workers looked at me so I asked how much was their oil change and Tommy came over smiling with a friendly personality. He asked me to pull in and he would give me a good rate and better service and if I wasn’t satisfied I could just pull off with no problem. I said okay I would try them for the first time. You talk about a nice professional, eager to help and handsome guy, I gave in to an oil change. I was pleased with the price and everything he told me about my car and for future reference especially the service, without getting out of my car. As my dad used to say, you can’t beat that with an egg beater! I really appreciate Tommy and I hope he is recognized for a job well done and I will return in the future.

  Put the wrong oil filter on my car. Should have been the larger oil filter, but to these monkeys if it fits it must be right. They tighten my drain plug to well over 100flbs. Was only supposed to be 25flbs. Once before they double gasget my oil filter and engine lost half its oil before I noticed it. It's aajor risk to bring an expensive car to this place. Could cost you tens of thousands of dollars in repairs, and they will weasel out of being responsible. Do yourself a favor and take it to a dealer, or real auto shop.
