  I went in for my routine oil change and was greeted by Shaquiell. He was very detail with what was going on and gave recommendations for needed services. He also reminded me to check my email for coupons.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Express Oil Change, and I especially want to recognize Shequill for the outstanding service. He did a very thorough inspection of my vehicle and took the time to make sure everything was checked properly instead of just rushing through the oil change. Shequill was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly takes pride in his work. The oil change was done right, and his attention to detail gave me confidence that my vehicle was being well taken care of. Great customer service can be hard to find, and employees like Shequill are the reason customers come back. Express Oil Change is lucky to have him on their team. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend asking for Shequill!
