- MMMccoyAug 20, 20261.0This is by far the worst enterprise I’ve ever been to. The service is appalling, and the workers are not properly trained. Everyone has their own way of performing the same task, which is baffling considering they use iPads that guide them. I would immediately fire this staff and start anew. People deserve better service. Their policy states that they will hold your car for 24 hours if you make a reservation. I witnessed a lady giving away another customer’s car, which had his name and the car’s details on the envelope with the keys. What on earth are you doing?
