- TRTona RyanOct 7, 20265.0All the employees are so kind, respectful and very helpful. They went above and beyond which is rare these days. I really appreciated their pick up and drop off service. Very pleasant experience. I will definitely use Enterprise if I ever need to rent a car again.
- BWBradford WardSep 27, 20265.0Enterprise is fantastic. World-class customer service - Terrence was the best!
- SLSergii LiSep 22, 20261.0This is a terrible place with terrible staff. I reserved a car and received an email confirmation. I spent the entire day trying to get through by phone so a staff member could confirm the car was available, but I couldn't get a connection—the line was constantly busy. Then I realized why: the receiver was simply lying off the hook on the table. When I arrived to pick up the car, I was told there were no vehicles available, and they lied to my face, claiming they had tried to call me but couldn't get through. I hadn't received any calls, even though I had provided the correct phone number when making the reservation. If I could put 0 stars - I would.
- TTTerlyningSep 12, 20265.0Overall my experience was very good. All the men I dealt with in person and over the telephone were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The only room for improvement in my experience is to do the finalized rental details inside the building away from outside noise and out of the heat. This particular location is on the highway and the temperature index was at 100 degrees. Otherwise they offered excellent service.
