Unfortunately they told us they didn't have anything and had been trying to get ahold of other locations to get us a car abd then asked if we could come back in a few hours. Nope. Unfortunately when we picked a time to get our rental, we needed our rental AT THAT TIME.

- TMTony MillerAug 17, 20261.0This place is very poorly managed. Cars are parked all over the grass. I don't really want to walk on the wet grass to pick up a car. They are severely understaffed. Only one employee was working, and he was doing it all, including answering the phone. The employee was doing his best but we had to wait over 30 minutes to get any service. Our car was not ready for pickup but that was not his fault. I do not see how they keep any employees under the circumstances.

I rented a car most recently from Aug 3- 14th 2026, and the employee who checked us in and out was cheerful, professional, and helpful. He is definitely a credit to the South Pkwy office, and I am sorry I don’t remember his name bc he really deserves a shout-out.
