- PGPatrick GJun 13, 20261.0I called a week advance and they said they had my reservation put in but when I show up to pick the vehicle they didnt have my reservation put it. Super frustrating because I needed a large SUV and its hard to find one last minute
- ASAngela SmithJun 13, 20261.0You guys suck. My husband called and scheduled for a reservation and they acted like they had him down. He goes up there and they didn't put him down like they said. Also made him drive all the way to another enterprise to get a different rental. Every time we use them something always goes wrong.

- JLJesse LatimerJun 8, 20262.0Understaffed but the staff is friendly and helpful when you finally get to them. However, most of the time when I try to call them, I get placed on a "brief hold" that lasts 15+ min. My rental car from this location had the engine temperature light turn on yesterday. I called them at 8am when they opened and was placed once again on a "brief hold." I finally just drove over and have continued to wait for them to actually talk to me. I will not be using this location again. UPDATE (06/11/26): I took Enterprise corporate's advice and chatted with an agent about my experience. The only impression I got from that conversation is that they'll take my experience under advisement. I won't hold my breath. Also, today I missed a phone call from them and tried to call them back. As is typical behavior for this location, no one answered. The only reason my review isn't one star is due to the fact that the branch manager is clearly understaffed and at least appears to be doing the best he can.
