  Overall the experience was seamless as I had to get a rental through my insurance due to a recent accident. However, I didn't get my full 50$ deposit back, only partial, because apparently we were supposed to fill it up to a certain amount. I said they didn't inform us the day we picked it up. The guys response was they always tell everyone at time of pick up, but I absolutely would have remembered that. I know for sure we were not told that. I said due to policy okay whatever I understand, but informed them that we were definitely not told that. Make sure you get all the information before renting with them. That's my only negative of this whole process.

  Best experience renting a vehicle ever! From using the "app" and interaction w staff at the local dealer. So professional, kind and helpful. Made our trip w grandchildren extra special being all together in a van! Thank you

  Ive been renting a car from these folks by the week for a couple of months. (Enterprise on hwy 72 in huntsville al.) They have absolutely taken care of me..polite curtious professional understanding.. these folks have flat out taken care of me..if you could give more than 5 stars ii would.. a great group of people.

  Update: I will increase my stars to 5 after talking with one of the representatives, Jalen Pearson, whom listened to my concerns upon completing my services. He listened, apologized, and thanked me for my services by offering complimentary rates in the future. Although, I wasn’t looking for anything out of it, I just wanted my concerns addressed and he did just that. I would give this place 0 Stars if I could. I am renting a vehicle due to insurance claim and was given a vehicle to drive. The first day, I noticed there was some mechanical issues after the car being on for too long, it wouldn’t want to drive or reverse without having to turn the car off and back on. I called this location and explained the situation. I go and return the car but here is where my complaint begins: they took the vehicle through the wash and literally gave the vehicle to someone else with me standing right there. This is absolutely insanity as it goes to show you that this business doesn’t give a rats ass about anyone’s safety. I have reported this to corporate 3x and have yet to receive a phone call from the Area or Regional Manager as I would like to speak to them and was told I would receive a follow-up.

  This car rental establishment’s service was seriously impressive! The folks working there were not only super quick to get everything sorted out, but they were also incredibly friendly and made the whole process feel like a breeze. It was such a pleasant experience from start to finish.
