  This is hands down the best Enterprise location. Each employee is a joy to work with and they are extremely knowledgeable. Even having an insurance claim rental is made quick and easy.

  I reserved a mini van 2 months prior for a very important trip. When I arrived to pick up the van I was told it would be ready in a "few hours" since it was next door getting an oil change. I explained that I could not wait as I had a four hour drive. They didn't have another vehicle large enough for my needs. Since I had to leave , I drove next door to see when the van would be done with the oil change and there were NO vans being serviced or in the parking lot! Enterprise LIED!! Never again! Ill stay with Avis or Hertz. The agent, Kendrick, was absolutely zero help.

  Called this morning 10 times and waited on hold for over 30 minutes and was hung up on every single time. Now I have to physically drive there to speak to somebody. VERY MAD and DO NOT RECOMMEND renting here!!!!

  Don’t rent form here. This place doesn’t have a system. Do not respect customer’s time. Worst case is they stay dishonest and lie to cover their asses. No shame. Not showing responsibility to honestly communicate with a customer when things don’t go as planned or when they didn’t have a plan at all at the first place. I reserved for 12 PM. Now 2.40 PM. Still waiting for the mid size SUV they confirmed. One associate asked me “are you ok to use a mini van”? I said why did I reserve a mid size SUV a week ago in advance? ☺️
