It was my first time ever renting a car and it was very easy. I reserved the car online and was able to pick it up at the scheduled time. I also was able to extend my rental by one day with no complications. Upon return I was on a time crunch and due to an injury could barely stand, but the manager Jayla was very polite and understanding and communicated she would process my return with ease. This set the bar high for all future rental services.

My car was getting worked on due to an accident, which is already a highly stressful situation. However, the staff at this Enterprise location made the entire rental process completely seamless. Every single team member I encountered was kind, professional, and incredibly prompt. They took a lot of the weight off my shoulders when I needed it most. Highly recommend this branch!

After returning our rental to the Huntsville, AL location, I wanted to give a huge SHOUT-OUT to Searia, Rental Management Assistant. She was fun, friendly and so meticulous in checking the rental for any item(s) that we might have left behind. We have lost a few things over the years in rentals, so I personally appreciate the extra pair of eyes in not-so-obvious places, for items that may have dropped or the kids may have hid while playing. She definitely went above and beyond. Thanks again Searia!

This was our first visit to the new location and the staff was friendly. But I’ve been consistently frustrated by Enterprise. I’ve rented from Enterprise 6 times over the years with reservations and they have never had the type of car I reserved. This time we reserved a van. The gentleman at the desk asked if we wanted something else. My wife said no we have four kids. He says ok and then we waited another 40 minutes. He then brings up a large SUV and asks another worker to do the walk around. I tell the second gentleman we had a van and were told no it’s an SUV. When I asked what reservation he had us down for I was finally told they don’t have any vans. 0 for 6. My experiences have been very consistent. I’m sure it’s an “upgrade” until I roll up to the gas pump. Very consistently frustrated with the Enterprise experience.

I normally don’t write reviews but for this disrespectful, unprofessional, and conniving company I felt compelled. I picked up the rental car from the Enterprise locations. The women went over the car and paperwork with me. That’s when the lies began. Telling me I would reimburse for my insurance deductible as long as I returned the car with no damage. After returning the car the same way I received it, I waited several days with no response and no refund. I called Enterprise and the gentleman who answered refused to give me any information and would not let me talk to the manager. I called back a few days later and talked to the manager finally and I explained my concerns. She said that she would look into the matter and get back to me. It’s been almost five days now. What makes so much worse is that, the corporate office who reads this. They couldn’t care less. I may receive a blank corporate statement. Telling me thank you for your feedback and we will look into this matter. Knowing good and well I will not hear anything from Enterprise.
