  I was in town for an interview and was able to secure a rental car from this location. From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. Everyone was friendly, professional, and courteous. A special shoutout to JC and the other manager with the dark complexion—I’m sorry I forgot his name. They both provided outstanding customer service and made the process smooth and stress-free. If I decide to move here, I will definitely be using this location for all of my rental needs. Highly recommended!

  This is the most incompetent car rental office I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I specifically asked them to bring a rental car to the collision shop a bit early, 815. Instead, the scheduled it at 830, and shower up 28 minutes late. Rather than bringing me a vehicle, which enterprise promised they could, they hauled me back to their main shop and put me into a queue with the other 10 or so people they had been failing this morning. All this caused me to have to cancel a Dr appt for my hip replacement. Never, ever use this office. The driver actually laughed about how late he was when "thanking me for my patience." These people are terrible!

  Today I went to pick up a car that I had reserved and checked in online, but when I arrived, the vehicle was no longer available, which was a huge disappointment. However, the agent Jonathan stepped in and completely turned the situation around: he honored my original price and gave me a much better vehicle. Even though I had to wait a little bit, it was totally worth it because of his friendly, professional, and efficient service. If anyone visits this office and finds themselves in a similar situation as mine, talk to Jonathan; he truly understands what the customer needs and will solve your problem. This level of service is what makes a customer return and recommend this place 100%.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise. Kendrick went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle pickup was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. The representative who assisted me at the counter was very friendly and made the check-in process pleasant and efficient. The employee who handed me the vehicle was also very professional and courteous, taking the time to explain everything before I drove away. The vehicle was clean, in excellent condition, and met all of my expectations. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service from everyone involved and would definitely rent from this location again. Thank you, Kendrick and the entire team, for making the experience so easy!

  My appointment was scheduled. I arrived early to complete paperwork. My appointment time came and left, the vehicle was not ready. My personal vehicle was scheduled for a drop off time that I missed. It was pointless to preschedule at this location. When I finally received a vehicle, it was by all means the worst on the lot. The odor in the vehicle has become almost unbearable. But not surprised after the poor customer service experience.
