  The entire process was simple and stress-free. Choosing a vehicle was easy, and there were no hidden fees or unexpected charges. The customer service was outstanding — every staff member was friendly, attentive, respectful, and transparent throughout the experience. What stood out most was the team’s dedication, even during the rain when I was picking up the vehicle. They didn’t hesitate to stand outside and walk in the rain to make sure every customer was taken care of. There were no bad attitudes, complaints, or unprofessional behavior — just kindness, professionalism, and even a sense of humor. Keep up the great work, Enterprise. Making the rental process easy and pleasant truly makes a difference in your customers’ day.

  Lauren King is absolutely amazing! The rental I had reserved was not available and she went above and beyond to make sure that I had the transportation I needed to get to and from my destination with my family. She was working under a lot of demand and she didn't show any sweat or pressure. I commend her for showing compassion and the sense of urgency to make sure my family was accommodated. I truly appreciate her being professional and extended more than she had to with working with so little. This is what I call God's favor. A great heart and such a great employee to have. Keep this Gem, she is intentional!

  These clowns didn't honor a reservation we made two weeks prior to a family vacation. They called us an hour before we were supposed to pick up the minivan. It is their policy and procedure to have the vehicle being rented out to return at the SAME TIME as the renter to pick it up. What if the previous people had smoked in it, or puked in it? "That's why we have it come in first" they said. What? Also, the young man wouldn't call another location, saying with a smirky tone "I can Google the other location for you and give you their phone number". Man, way to make me feel like I am NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. The only time the other employee was nice was when she was cancelling our reservation and refunding our deposit, saying sweetly "No problem!". It was, and is, a problem. So I rented from Elite Car Rentals, out by the airport. They fixed me up with a seven seater Tahoe with a double sunroof and power EVERYTHING and I was off their lot headed home to pack in less than an hour and a half from when Enterprise called me with the bad news. GO TO THEM INSTEAD.

  Their really good. Once in a while things can go sideways, availability or whatnot. We've dealt with three of the in Huntsville, Jordan Ln., Bob Wallace and the one way down off Hwy. 251/431. They have good people, they try hard to make the customers happy, and their always courteous.

  They need help. Customer service great but it shouldn’t take 40 mins to get a car. Returning 10ish mins.
