  I have been to several car rental centers and this Bob Wallace Enterprise is the best. From Lauren making sure we were ready for our trip, last minute changes, and managing customers during peak hours, to working with John upon returning the vehicle was exceptional. Both Lauren and John went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. They were kind, patient and a pleasure to be around. Thank you for an incredible experience Lauren and John-I felt like I made some new friends!

  I booked a rental here but had a change in plans, so I need to modify my reservation. Lauren went above and beyond to accommodate my request. I usually have a decent experience at this location, but Ms. Lauren really made a fabulous, lasting impression on me. I do hope she remains at this location. She's a wonderful asset to your team!!!

  Scheduled an appointment for pick up a week in advance after a long hold. I was told to call the day of pick up with 2 hours notice. I called and confirmed pick up and was told to call again when I arrived at the collision center. After calling and OVER 20 minutes on hold I was cut off! The collision center said they would use their shuttle to take me to Enterprise. Another customer had the same issue and joined me for the shuttle from the collision center. I waited an hour upon arriving at Enterprise to get a rental. The reason was they needed to clean the vehicle. Apparently this didn't include the windshield as it was coated with bugs, the interior smelled musty and the drivers seat was heavily stained. I pointed out the stains on the seat and was told they were aware of stains and it was because of the light colored seats. So with a weeks notice, three phone calls to be picked up and ending up with the collision center taking me to Enterprise they didnt have a vehicle ready. I have rented several times with travel, while a vehicle was repaired etc and NEVER had such poor service.

  Would give a -10 stars! I had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with Enterprise today. I rented a black Toyota RAV4 for an upcoming trip. After leaving the lot and getting almost home, the check engine light came on. I immediately turned around and brought the vehicle back, expecting a quick and reasonable resolution. Instead, I was told by the representative, “there’s nothing we can do.” That response alone was shocking. I then contacted Enterprise’s corporate office and spoke with two different representatives who both assured me, “we will make this right” and apologized, stating someone would follow up shortly. Later, I received a text directing me to the HSV airport location to swap vehicles. When I arrived, I was told they had no SUVs available and the only option was a small Toyota Corolla. That is NOT what I paid for or reserved. I escalated the issue again, only to be transferred to the Escalation Department, which was equally unhelpful. To make matters worse, I was told by a representative named Iker that “because you had a problem with an SUV, for safety we have to put you in a smaller car.” That explanation makes absolutely no sense. I drive a full-size SUV every day without issue—the problem was not the vehicle type, it was the fact that Enterprise rented out a vehicle with a check engine light. I am scheduled to drive 8 hours tomorrow. I should not have to choose between driving an unsafe vehicle or accepting a downgrade that I did not pay for. If I wanted to risk driving a car with mechanical issues, I could have gone to a used car lot. This experience showed a complete lack of accountability, customer service, and basic problem resolution. I expected much better from a company like Enterprise.

  BIG SHOUT OUT TO EVERYONE at The bob wallace Huntsville office!!!! They was amazingly great to deal with I was left in a bad spot by another office called the guys at bob wallace and they took care of what I need in no time. From the first phone call to the last phone call the employees was nothing but wonderful and helpful. When I got there to pick up the rental the employee literally showed me every available van on the lot to make sure I got what I wanted and needed. If the need arises for another rental this will be the place I call. I can’t thank the employees in this office enough for how they helped me and how they treated me.
