- KBKatie Brewer5 days ago1.0very sweet people, but i feel like it’s false advertising to be able to pick a time slot (8am), arrive at said time slot (8am) and for the enterprise to not have to allotted amount of cars for everyone that picked an 8am pickup time. i try to be respectful but the whole wide world does not revolve around enterprise unfortunately, and i’m typing this at 10:25 am.

The entire team was super busy that Wednesday, but Madison still made time to drive me back to my residence after dropping of the Volkswagen I rented. If they hadn't, I would have been late for work. I hope they're getting paid well, they were quick, friendly, and on top of everything no matter how busy things got. - Update: took 6 days to get a receipt. Took so many calls and texts, they sounded like they couldn't be bothered. - Update 2: the receipt showed an incorrect fuel service charge. I did not request this and I returned the car with a full tank of gas. Called to correct, they said they will fix this, still waiting for the receipt. This is a work trip. - Update: it's all fixed, thank you!
