  Reserved a van for a very special trip out of town. Enterprise called 2 weeks before to confirm. When I arrived they said the car wasn't available and might be ready in a few hours because it was getting an oil change at the garage next door. I explained that I had a 4 hour drive and I could not wait. They didn't have any other cars available for my needs so I had to cancel and left. I drove to the garage next door and there were NO vans in the parking lot or being worked on! Essentially they lied!! I have NEVER been treated so poorly at a rental car agency, and thats hard to do!

  Terrible experience. I rented a Van for travel, and the van was filthy dirty! The van smelled, the roof was stained, only one charger port worked for our phones, the windshield wipers were not working properly, and the van was on empty when I received it. I personally saw a few employees get out of the van before it was rented to me, and they did not attempt to clean the van before renting it to me. I have never received a rental in such terrible condition. I will never rent from this Enterprise branch again.

  I had a reservation with a 12PM pickup time, already checked in online and completed the necessary paperwork. When I arrived the employee that met me outside shunned me away saying they were done accepting people for the day and that the Kia I had reserved was not available.

  Have been trying to pick up a vehicle for a week. They have been repeatedly promising a vehicle available then calling a saying the vehicle is not. No one answers the phone. Have called at least 6x and told the issue has been escalated to the regional manager for resolution. Have heard a peep from the regional manager all week last week. This is the worst rental car service ever. Just this morning alone I've been on the phone for an hour listening to, "The branch is still assisting other customers......promising to deliver exceptional service

  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this location. I am currently renting a vehicle because my personal vehicle is in the shop for repairs. My insurance company made the rental reservation for me, and I had a valid confirmation number. I even called the morning of my pickup, only to be told that they did not have my name listed for a reservation. Once I explained that I had a confirmation number, I was then told that their inventory was extremely limited. The vehicle I was given is so small that my 11-year-old son can barely fit comfortably in the back seat. I have a family of FIVE, and this is supposed to be the vehicle I use for approximately 30 days. I understand that inventory can sometimes be limited, but I was specifically told that I could bring the vehicle back the following day and exchange it because they would have more vehicles available. The next day, I attempted to call the location MULTIPLE times to arrange the exchange. Instead of someone simply answering the phone and speaking with me, my calls were repeatedly redirected to corporate. I was also told that I could communicate with the location through text, so I sent a message and never received a response. I have a job and a family, and I cannot spend my day repeatedly calling a business just trying to get someone to answer the phone. I made arrangements based on what THEIR employee told me—that I could return the next day and exchange the vehicle. The customer service at this location has been absolutely pathetic. Customers should not have to chase down employees just to receive basic communication, especially when they have a CONFIRMED reservation and are trying to resolve an issue the location already promised to address. Having limited inventory is one thing. Ignoring phone calls, failing to respond to messages, and making it nearly impossible for a customer to speak with someone at the actual location is another. This location seriously needs additional customer-service training. A confirmation number should mean something, and customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. This entire experience has been unnecessarily frustrating and extremely disappointing.
