We met Oren Biggers and told him what we were looking for. Tighe Owen then started sending us options as they found them. They found what we were hoping for so we went this past Saturday. Tighe was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, explaining all amenities and safety features. Great test drive and needless to say we bought the vehicle. Thanks to Tighe and Oren for helping me put my daughter in a car I feel good about her driving!!
- CGCheryl GossJun 13, 20261.0As a single mom of four, I worked with Oren and Tighe on a new lease all week. I went to Century dealership Thursday, signed the lease paperwork, put down a deposit and paid the first month’s payment. The dealership gave me a loaner until they received my paycheck stubs the next morning. Once they received those, we would switch to the lease car. After a full day of trying to get answers with no one returning my calls or texts, I found out they cannot do the lease. Even though my credit is good, I have no debt, have more than sufficient income, and I provided all required documentation, they can’t finalize it. I’ve always held Volvo to a high standard, but not after this. The fact that your management can’t return a phone call to explain anything, especially after they spent the day blowing up my phone wanting to “win” my business, is pathetic and shows who you are. Not to mention, because I signed all the paperwork, I went ahead and sold my Infiniti. Now I am left without a car, recieved an email that it was refunded but still haven’t received a refund for my deposit and first month’s payment. I spoke to other Volvo dealerships this morning, and they all said that Century is a struggling Volvo dealership with poor management. I have to agree. The only good thing I can say is that Conner in finance was the only one who tried to make it right.

We have purchased several vehicles at Century Automotive over the years, and have now leased our second Volvo from them. My wife and I drove over 160 miles one way each time because we have always been treated so well by everyone involved. We feel like they truly appreciated our business. We have leased both vehicles from sales advisor Larry Hocken and we couldn’t be more pleased with his professionalism, as well as sales manager Oren Biggers. They both made us feel at ease during our visit, and we never felt pressured on anything. I would advise anyone wanting to purchase or lease a Volvo to get in touch with them. If you do ask for Larry, and I promise you won’t be disappointed.
