They did not give a thorough explanation of what they did when I picked it up and it was my 40000 mile service, expensive. I am very disappointed. I expected more from a high end dealership.

At 2 hours I asked for a status update and ride home and was told that wasn’t necessary because they were almost done. 5 hours I finally get a ride home… call 3 hours later and am told the tech working on my car left so theyll get it done tomorrow afternoon what the…? Is this for real?! Horrible horrible customer service!!! I will not be returning and would highly recommend anybody else to go to Nashville or Birmingham for service from now on!
