- WAWhitney AldridgeAug 15, 20263.0While i appreciate Century trying to fix the software update problem, it took over night because the file is so big and after being told there wasn’t a loaner (which was sitting outside the window beside me the entire 2 hours I was there) they did finally let me have the loaner to go home. They let me know they next day the car was ready but as soon as I picked it up, it started giving me a “something went wrong” code again. I called back and wanted to have it fixed but that I needed a loaner again but was told “there’s no way because of the short notice” but that had shuttle service. But I will have to resume repair after a business trip. Disheartening that they haven’t been able to fix the issue. And people have to work and can’t usually wait 2 hours or longer. I know they have shuttle srvc but I feel like they need to have a better loaner car situation for repair times, and not have the attitude that seems like the customer is asking too much when they request a loaner.

I went from finding the car on the internet to completing the deal and driving off in my beautiful Volvo XC60 in less than 48 hours. Within five minutes of requesting some information on the car I was interested in, Will sent me a video of the car showing me it inside and out. The price was better than anything I could find in Montgomery, Birmingham and the Atlanta Volvo dealerships. I drove from Montgomery to Huntsville (400 mile round trip) to look and purchase the car, and the drive was worth every minute of it. Century had the right vehicle, at the right price, with the right Salesman. This was a great car buying experience and I would highly recommend entry Volvo to any and everyone.
