  I recently bought some brake pads online for my husband’s Tacoma. I ordered two boxes thinking that’s what I needed for both front tires. Jacob emailed me asking if I meant to order two or if I only needed one. I said I just needed enough to do both front tires. He informed me they come as a set, so one box was all I needed. He adjusted my order and issued a refund for the difference. Unfortunately, there was a glitch in the system when issuing the credit so it took several days to get the credit. Jacob was very responsive when I emailed and went above and beyond to help and answer any questions I had. Will definitely order online again from the Huntsville location.

  I would like to personally thank Seville Briggs of Bill Penny Toyota. He was very helpful, patient, and kind. My 2015 Honda went into limp mode and was causing me problems. I reached out to him for help on a new car and not only did he help he went out of his way took his time to pick me up on the side of the road and there was no pressure on helping me find a car or forced. We drove about 5 cars until I found the one for me. His patience are unmatched. He helped me to drive off in a Kia K5 Gt-Line. No 600.00$ car note and no money down. A win is a win what more can I say the man of the year! Go get you one, I already got mine. Thanks again Bill Penny Toyota and Seville Briggs. See you on the highway!!! I recommend 100/10

  I can’t say enough good things about Trey at Bill Penney Toyota! Buying a car is a big decision, but he made the entire experience easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. From the very beginning, Trey was patient, honest, and never once made me feel pressured. He answered every question I had, kept me updated throughout the process, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my decision instead of just making a sale. His communication, professionalism, and customer service were top-notch, and you can tell he truly cares about his customers. It’s hard to find salespeople who make you feel comfortable and respected, but Trey absolutely does. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for Trey Chappell. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. The customer service was outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with our new Camry.   Toyota makes wonderful vehicles can’t deny it. That’s why I was comfortable buying a used 2019 4Runner. However, I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. The battery went out on me 2 WEEKS after purchase. Because it was sold “As is” I got stuck with the bill. I was hosting an open house when it happened. I called the dealership to see what my options were. I was given the run around and told to call their roadside assistance; and never received help. I had to call my own roadside service for assistance. I bought the extended warranty but it doesn’t cover batteries. The service department was willing to discount my services and help but the sellers manager was ready to stick me with the full price. There was no concern of the inconvenience and the only concern was getting the car off the lot. When you purchase a vehicle it’s fair to expect a well running vehicle for some time. It’s obvious they do not check anything before selling a car to you. I will never do this again. If you’re a single woman go elsewhere; reliability is very important. Love the vehicle so far, very nervous about what I got myself into. I wasn’t even looking to buy a vehicle for myself, I was there for my daughter. I thought I had gotten a steal by getting two vehicles. I wish I had stuck to my decision of buying my daughter the Avalon and the truck later from somewhere else.
