Guys at the front desk were repeatedly rude to customers over the phone to the point that, when she saw her keys brought to the front after her car was finished, she was afraid to approach them. After almost 2 hours, she finally got up the nerve to ask if her car was ready and they told her that they would check on it... it had been ready and no one told her. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication.

After making plans to leave my vehicle at home and getting someone to take me to work both days. The second time I called the manager and he assured me the tech would be out today. No communication whatsoever after that but needless to say the tech didn’t make it. I’ll be taking my 1100 dollar windshield replacement elsewhere. I’d advise future customers to do the same.
