  Mavis found the 3” nail that was in my tire and instead of telling me I needed a new tire like another tire center did, they just recommended that they plug the hole ! Talk about integrity! Saved me almost $500. They had me in and out of there in no time. Mr. P. was the best. All of the staff were courteous and knowledgeable! I’ll be back next week to replace a windshield wiper hose! Looks like I’ve found a new Tire Place.

  Fantastic Experience!! I had a screw in my tire and was expecting to be there for at least an hour to be patched. Erik had me in and out in 20 minutes! Then refused to take money for his time. I will definitely be going back when I need a new set of tires!

  Mavis tire did a wonderful job they super fast and efficient . They got my car right back as soon as I pulled up. Nate and Ryan made sure as the AM to take great care of me and Ryan did a great job on the work! Thank you Mavis for getting me back home fast and safe!

  I've used this location three times and continually receive the best service I’ve ever received at an auto services and tire center. The place is always clean and the staff always appears to enjoy their job -which is almost never found at this type business. I truly cannot recommend them enough and now have all of my relatives in Birmingham coming to this location for any automotive upkeep needs.

  My experiences at this tire shop have been average overall. The work itself is generally competent—they complete the requested services as promised, though small details like missing valve caps have occasionally been overlooked. Customer service is functional but not particularly warm or proactive. The main drawback is availability: the shop often appears understaffed, with only one or two vehicles in the bays, yet walk-ins (including simple puncture repairs) are routinely turned away and told to go elsewhere. Appointments typically need to be made a day in advance. Reliable for scheduled work, but limited flexibility for urgent or same-day needs.
