Seth was my service rep today for my oil change. He went far beyond the normal level of services , cleaned my windshield, checked and added air to all tires. Filled all fluids and showed me all air filters were still cleaning as necessary. He was very thorough and a great attendant!

I had a wonderful experience coming in to get my tires checked because my car was driving odd, Seth and Mickey were extremely helpful and also let me know my oil cap was missing, and Mickey found me a temporary replacement for the drive back. Definitely would recommend coming here for anything, Seth and Mickey were very helpful and professional.

Marlin was so helpful and professional when I brought my nieces car in today - he was able to get her tire repaired quickly and will make her daily drive safe which is most important to me - Marlin also personally handed me the tire key so that I could safely return it to her glove compartment- I highly recommend Marlin and the services of this store

Marlon, Juan, Mickey and Seth, too my experience to another level yesterday early morning. Had my oil changed, filter changed and tires rotated. What I thought would be an hour, was no more than 20 minutes. They make so easy, it’s really the place to go for hassle-free service. I’ll use an example; a few years ago we were using Firestone for our basics. Oil changes and the rotations and services like that. We like their service, but I park the car then wait and wait and wait and wait. That’s the part that we don’t like. Expression lives up to its name 100%. Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. I’m disabled. The longer I can sit in my car, the better. That’s why we go to express. It makes me wonder why ALL oil changes aren’t this comfortable. Especially, Wal Mart, which really is an eternal wait. Hands down, for years we’ve been going to Mickey’s location, and it’ll stay that way. Assuming that they continue to employ services such as Juan who DID not try to shove extra services down my throat. He simply showed my my dirty engine filter and told me the price and that was that. How I like it. I need it, how much does it cost and bam. Thank you for helping my engine last longer, Juan. Frankly, it was a pleasant and very quick service says it will be. We’re so lucky they’re no more than 6 mins from our home. Please raise their wages and they’ll definitely be keeping up their great work. Sincerely, A very satisfied customer.
