  I made an appointment at 10am for brakes. Got there on time. Parked, sat down inside. It took 15 minutes for anyone to notice I was there. Handed my keys to the tech, waited an hour and a half with nothing said. Went outside, the car hadn’t even been pulled in. Grabbed my keys from the rude man who appeared to be in charge. Left - I will have to find somewhere else to get my brakes done by a place that actuallly respects me and my time. 1 star is too many.

  Express oil change was extremely busy today for oil changes and I had to wait a little, but Daniel made it worth the wait because of his friendly smile and patience with me. No matter how long the line was, Daniel was handling customers with care and not rushing. Making sure everyone is taken care of Thank you express oil change for this super nice employee🥰🥰🥰

  Dear Corporate Customer Relations Team, I am writing to formally escalate a complaint regarding an incident involving General Manager Trey at one of your Express Oil Change location #108. This matter involves conduct that I believe warrants immediate review at the corporate level due to its seriousness and impact on your company’s customer service standards. On 5/01/2026, I visited the Express Oil Change location at 1554 Montgomery Hwy. During my visit, I had an interaction with General Manager Trey that escalated into a verbal confrontation. Trey addressed me in an aggressive, hostile, and disrespectful manner, which I consider to be a verbal assault. His tone, language, and overall demeanor were unprofessional and unacceptable for someone in a management position representing your brand. This experience was not only uncomfortable but also concerning, as it reflects a significant breakdown in professionalism and customer care. As a relative of a current employee, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. The behavior I encountered fell far below those expectations and has negatively impacted my perception of your company. I am requesting that corporate leadership conduct a thorough investigation into this incident. Additionally, I ask that appropriate corrective action be taken to ensure accountability and to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. I would also appreciate a written response outlining the findings of your investigation and any steps being implemented as a result. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on the next steps in the review process. I am available to provide any additional details or clarification if needed.   I got my oil changed today April 31, 2026. I noticed technician had an issue shutting my hood. He shut it three times. When I got home I noticed my hood was still not properly latched. Upon opening my hood I noticed my oil cap was missing. I drove home with the oil cap off of my engine. Fortunately; I found my oil cap stuck in the latch of my hood. I’m lucky my hood didn’t open on the interstate and my engine did not lose all of the new oil. Hopefully; dirt and other contaminants did not get in the engine.I reported the issue and was asked to bring the car back to be checked. I was offered a free oil change next time and told that the manager would give me a call this afternoon. I never received a call. Don’t go here if you value your vehicle.

  I want to give a special shoutout to Danielle at the Express Oil Change on Montgomery Highway in Hoover — he truly stands out! I had a car accident last January — a lady hit the right side of my car, and everything on that side was replaced. I assumed everything was taken care of. I had been coming in for oil changes multiple times since then, and not once did anyone mention anything during the blinker check. Danielle was the first person to flag it. He told me my right blinker was broken — and when he looked closer, he could see the plastic was completely shattered inside. All that time, I had no idea. That kind of attention to detail is rare and really matters for safety. When I mentioned that nobody had caught it before, he didn’t criticize his coworkers — he simply said, “They may have thought you already knew.” That kind of grace stuck with me. And that’s just who Danielle is — someone who genuinely looks out for you. When he mentioned my filters were dirty, my first thought was, “Here we go, they always find something to upsell.” But something about the way he said it made me stop and ask: “Are they really dirty?” He looked me in the eye and said, “Yeah, honestly, they really are — and they’re really important.” I believed him. I couldn’t get it done that visit, but I will absolutely come back for it. Danielle didn’t just change my oil — he looked out for me. Huge thanks to him! 🤗
