I want to take a moment to recognize Ersie for the professionalism, intelligence, leadership, and genuine kindness she showed during my recent oil change. There was an issue with the mileage from my previous oil change at the same location. The information had been entered incorrectly, but instead of simply passing the problem along, Ersie jumped into action and made the wrong RIGHT! She took ownership of the situation, communicated clearly, and worked to make sure everything was properly addressed. What stood out most was her leadership and customer service. She was knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and genuinely committed to making sure I left satisfied. You can tell when someone is simply doing a job versus someone who truly understands the importance of taking care of people. Ersie definitely falls into the second category. Mistakes can happen, but how you respond to them says everything about your character and your leadership. Ersie handled the situation with grace, professionalism, and kindness. Much gratitude to Ersie for going above and beyond and turning a frustrating situation into a positive customer experience. She is absolutely an asset to this location and deserves to be recognized! 👏🏾
