  I pulled in their parking lot with a trailer tire quickly going down. It had been a long, hot day and my trailer was loaded down with my skid steer and attachments. Marshall met me in the lot and asked how he could help. They did not have a replacement tire there but told me they could have it the next morning. My house was about a mile and a half from there and I just wanted to make it home. I had a plug kit in my truck and Marshall was so cool to let me pull off to the side and run an airhose and air chuck for me to use and plug my own tire. The was no charge and Marshall asked if there was anything else he could help with. I was not expecting that type of courtesy especially since I was not going to be spending any money with them. So thank you Marshall, because of that yall will have any business i do have there.

  Good and helpful service! No complaints. Explained possible things to check on due to the milage on the car which is good to know. Also put air in the tires which was convieniant.

  DO NOT go here if you want your car to work after service. I went here for an oil change with my perfectly functioning car. After an oil change, I drive half of a mile down the street. Less than two minutes, and my car goes crazy, all the lights go on. I go back to the store since obviously they did something to it and the manager, Derek Stiles, has the audacity to try to tell me it was "just a coincidence".. Are you serious? I ended up having to tow my car to Hoover Toyota where they found one of the techs, (likely accidentally) pushed metal bits into my air intake that was causing the problem. Hoover Toyota told me that Express certainly messed it up but that could not "prove" it. I had to pay $300 to get it fixed, but if it was more, I would have considered legal action. These people will mess up your car and then tell you it's just a coincidence. Do not go here.
