  I am rating 5 stars for Garrett, not the business. Every time I have been fortunate enough to be assigned to Garrett, everything ran smoothly. The oil changes were done quickly and correctly. When I have had other technicians assigned, a sticker for the oil change due date was not provided, a new windshield wiper was not correctly installed and flew off my car the first time it was used during a storm forcing me to drive for 2 hours without a wiper on the drivers side on a Sunday (repair shops closed) as I travelled back to AL from TN, and two technicians could not reset the oil change due date on my car and said it would require a visit to the dealership to reset. Luckily there was a dealership in Riverchase and they didn’t charge me but it was very inconvenient. Garrett had changed oil on this same car twice previously and reset the due date with no problem. So I highly recommend Garrett! He is very knowledgeable and his work is always done correctly and efficiently. If you can request him then I would rate the business highly as well.

  Came in at 5:30 to get an oil change fully expecting at the end of the day that the staff would be ready to go home. Austin completely proved me wrong. Very positive, thorough with what I needed and got me in and out in a timely manner. Great experience and will definitely return.

  I came in for an oil change and to get an estimate on new brake pads and rotors. Patrick, Mr. Paul and Austin we're all very courteous and informative. Our family has been using this location for years and have always been very pleased!

  I came in and got helped by Garrett and he absolutely killed it! He was extremely in depth with showing everything that I needed and didn’t try to make me over pay for anything. I will 100 percent be back due to his service alone! Thanks Garrett!
