From ordering my 2027 F-250 Tremor back in June, to the sales team, management, and titling. Rocky Stemen (salesman) was with me every step of the way, even with the current hurricane situation that came through the Panhandle here in FL. Rocky made this 1st time build and transaction extremely easy. I greatly appreciate all of the team's efforts and support. I would gladly do business with Buster Miles Ford and Rocky again if I ever needed a new vehicle. This has been many months of waiting, and I finally got a Hail Mary.

Had a wonderful experience with this dealership! I drove all the way from Delaware to pick up my new Ford Raptor, and Rocky and his team provided first-class service from start to finish! I have nothing but great things to say about the entire experience. There was a minor hiccup with the window tint installation, but Rocky went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Even after I returned home to Delaware, he arranged for a local tint shop near my house to finish the job, with the dealership covering the cost. That level of customer service really says a lot about Rocky and his team. They genuinely care about their customers, even after the sale is complete. Highly recommend this dealership! I couldn’t be happier with my new Raptor and the way I was treated throughout the entire process.

Took my car in for a suggested recall repair and now my car is unsafe to drive. Had a toe link replaced on the rear of my 2016 Ford Explorer. Two days later the back end of my car is swaying and sliding all over when I drive over 30 MPH (both me and my husband drove it and experienced the same issue- also, keep in mind that I am a certified mechanic that is retired to be home with my children) Now the dealer is telling me that they can't recreate the problem or find anything wrong. Either someone is lying or they not know what they are doing. Edit: I am editing in response to the the reply by Buster Miles. Yes, all those things were done-as they should have been. What they did not tell you is that the mechanic who originally worked on my car, and made the mistake, was allowed to go back and work on my car BEFORE all these test drives they mentioned took place. Then they called me and said they couldn't find anything wrong with my car. They made a mistake and are refusing to take responsibility and allowed the mechanic to cover their tracks. I wanted this to be taken seriously because it could cause an accident if it happed to someone else. This was a serious safety issue that me and my 3 kids were set off in an unsafe vehicle and when I brought it back to be fixed they acted like nothing was ever wrong with it to evade responsibility. The situation was not handled with integrity. Not to mention that they had my car a day and a half to fix what should have been a 20 minute fix (alignments are quick and tightening the bolts to hold the alignment is a quick job and I have performed them myself in the past, so I know this with confidence). Edit: my car had to be taken in for a third time because it wouldn't hold an alignment. They came and picked it up and ANOTHER alignment on it, I requested a different technician this time. They dropped my car back off, no call, no paperwork, no touch base at all about what they fixed. This has been the worst, most unprofessional experience. I hope that it's fixed for real this time and that I can be done with them!

We’ve purchased multiple trucks from Buster Miles over the years and have always had a great experience. The team is helpful, easy to work with, and provides great service throughout the entire process. We’ve been very happy with every purchase and will continue coming back in the future. Highly recommend!

I would give this dealer zero stars if that was an option...me and my husband went 9-17-26 saw a truck and test drove it. We decided we wanted to buy it. We talked to Fred, very nice young man by the way, we wanted to get a price for our trade in. It took probably 45-minutes to an hour to get that quote, they tried to low ball us on the offer...When we finally agreed on an amount, we decided we wanted to make the deal. Fred offered us some water and I took him up on that and he brought me a cup of water, they won't even buy bottled water....We told Fred we had to come back and get our truck that we was trading in and would be back in a few hours. When we got back and done the paper work with Cody, another very nice man, we went out to get in the truck to leave. Upon looking at it (they cleaned it up and filled it up with gas) we see some scratches or scuff marks on the passenger door. We talk to Fred about it and was informed that their body shop had already left for the day but if we wanted to go ahead and bring the truck home and get someone around us to fix what they created, that they would reimburse us...what?? So we declined that offer because they needed to fix it. Fred gets another VERY RUDE salesman. This guy was very rude and I wouldn't buy anything from him. He tells us that they can fix it and then deliver it ti my husband on his job...well, he's driving one truck, how is he suppose to drive 2? Then he said they could fix it and deliver to our house, I declined that offer because I had to stuff to do. Then Fred says he will get the GM....This guy never came out so Cody came back out and talked to us and offered to give our check back. We took him up on that offer and left in the truck we were going to trade in. We stopped right up the road and got something to eat and realized we forgot to get our title for the truck we were going to trade in. So we go back. We see who we think is the GM and a detail guy out there trying to remove the marks on the truck...They could have done that way before then and if they could have gotten the marks off, we would've taken the truck. Then Fred calls and said they got the marks off if we wanted to come back and get the truck. We decided to let that truck go and will never step foot in this dealer again even if they are the only ones who has a truck. So just be aware before you buy from them.
