  We bought a used vehicle from this dealership this week as a gift, and it was the very best experience we’ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle. It was a very inexpensive vehicle and we were treated as if it were an 80k vehicle we were buying. Phillip was our sales person and was phenomenal, and everyone else involved in the transaction was as well. The most honest dealership we’ve ever dealt with. This was our first experience buying a used vehicle, have heard horror stories, but restored our faith. Cannot recommend them enough!!!

  I went in looking to buy a 2018 ram 2500 while checking out the truck. I have noticed a 2024 Silverado 2500 LTZ and fell in love with it. Philip, the salesman was great not your typical pushy salesman to sell a vehicle. I definitely recommend the dealership and if you’re looking to buy a vehicle, Philip is your guy. Thank you again

  Absolutely the best truck buying experience I have ever had!! No other dealer I found could even get close to their price. Customer service gets 10 stars in my mind!

  The price was listed as "dealer fees included" but ended up paying $1,000 more after an 8 hour drive to get there. The leather on the dash is bubbling too. It was covered by a dash mat and the pretended they didn't know what I was talking about. I was in a bind and had no choice but to buy. Then they sent the title to the wrong state, and again to the wrong place within my state. Way to treat a veteran!

  Hi, my name is Shawn and I just purchased my very first two new vehicles from my friend's at Buster Miles Chevrolet in Heflin Alabama. Yes your read right I purchased 2, a 2026 Trax 2RS and a 2026 Silverado 1500 LT Z71! Yes my wife's dream car and my dream truck within a two day period. I could not have asked for a more pleasant shopping and buying experience. Our salesman Phillip is one of the nicest gentlemen that I have ever met. We had an absolute hassle free and pressure free shopping experience and we really like that. Plus when we were ready, Philip was on it and got us the Trax that we wanted and at the price we were shooting for. The sales manager Patrick is a super nice gentlemen who knows his job and definitely knows how to treat his customers! We bought the Trax and I told them what all I would like in a truck for me and the price that I did not want to exceed. We left there with the exact Trax at the price we wanted and left there feeling like family knowing we have found a family dealership for life. So two days later I get a message they found me my truck and did they ever. It was my dream Z71 and my dream price. We could not be more pleased. On top of everything we have a lifetime power train warranty on both rides! Yes! Peace of mind on top of it all. Thank you Buster Miles Chevrolet and everyone there who helped make our experience the absolute best.
