  We had a screw in our tire. They got us in quickly and fixed it for us. Everyone was so kind. The lady at the front desk, Shannon, was so sweet and very helpful!

  Shannon was absolutely fabulous and helped me in a time of crisis very polite and helpful and understanding. walmart was giving me the go around and didnt have anything in stock they even had the nerve to tell me i had to go get my own oil filter and was an absolute mess they told me to go get a tire from another walmart that had my tire in stock but after making a 40 minute drive they told me they didnt have anything in my size tire to offer me!!!!!!!!! god bless you shannon and thank you so much for all of your help at mavis in hazel green al. I will be going to you for all of my car meeds you have officially made a client for life with me and my family take care girl and ill be seeing ya soon love!!

  Dropped by due to remove a screw on a tire right after groceries. Darin just got back with his lunch in hand. Due to their work load, Darin instead of eating his lunch, he jumped right in and got us taken care of. Although he didn’t have to, he showed his dedication. We greatly appreciate the quick service!

  Everyone here is friendly , and extremely helpful! We tried to go to another tire shop and get our tire looked at and was told it would be 3-4 hours. We pulled up and spoke to someone right away and within a few minutes our truck was in the bay and they were working on our tire. I can not recommend this place enough !
