We discussed tire rotation and other possible maintenance issues in the future. I asked them to check my tire pressure. It was checked and an update was given. I felt relieved that my car was ok for a short trip that I’m taking soon. Thanks so much to all of the ‘real men’ at the Hazel Green Express Oil Change!!!
- DGDaisy & Bob GloverApr 26, 20263.0This location needs to do what the other locations do when you first drive up. The other locations employees come to you and direct you to the proper lane. We went for an oil change Saturday morning and ended up waiting over 35 minutes in a lane that never moved. We moved to a faster lane for another 15 minutes and then they asked us to move back to the slow lane and ended up waiting again. We watched as numerous cars that came up after us were processed. This isn’t the first time we’ve encountered this so we won’t be going back.
