I cannot say enough great things about Jon at American Lube Express in Hazel Green! He was absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in providing excellent service. Jon made the entire experience a great one, and his attitude, kindness, and willingness to help truly stood out. People like him are the reason customers come back and recommend a business to others. He is a tremendous asset to American Lube Express, and I hope his hard work and dedication are recognized! If you visit American Lube Express in Hazel Green, I highly recommend asking for Jon. The way Willy and the technicians here are awesome. If I could give more than 5 stars, it would be 10. Both my nephews have needed work done on their cars. Willy kept us informed and the job was done in a timely manner. Both cars ran perfect amen finished. My oil change on my work truck was speedy also. This is one of the best express oil changes, I've been to.

Update: I was extremely impressed that they (Jackie at the Hazel Green location) took the time to not only respond to my review, but made the effort to reach out personally to contact me. I will definitely visit this location in the future! Original Post: I usually get great, quick service at the (Madison location). But this last time my vehicle received an oil change and a tire rotation. Suddenly one of my tire sensors stopped working. I called to explain what it was doing and was told to bring it in and they could check what was gping on with it. I took time out of my day to bring it back in. Got there before they opened and went into the office. Before they even looked at it, she said it was a dead sensor and I was told it would be $50 to look at it and another $160 to change out the sensor. Funny how it worked just fine before they worked on it...
