  Chris was great and informative. I was taking my brothers car to get a oil change for the first time and educated me on why there was price change, quality of the oil, and overall update and what’s going on oil within the oil industry.

  I love coming here for the convenience! Erik helped me on my last visit for an oil change. He was so polite and calm. Having a polite, calm, and professional tech makes the experience so much better. Everything was done efficiently!

  First time I have used Express Oil Change, they fast and courteous. There was a young man that check me in and helped with the oil change that was kind and very thorough. His name was Eric.

  Great service, professional, and courteous. One great sign of a good business is how busy they are, and Express Oil & Tire Engineers in Hazel Green, Alabama, stays busy. They have the old fashion, gas station bell, which rings when you pull across the, rubber hose like, detector. Which promptly brought a smiling face out to greet us. He directors us to the proper line, and then it was shortly after, that we were in a bin, and having our oil changed. I took advantage of the short wait, and used the restroom. Which is clean, and well taken care of. The best part is, they have a self make coffee machine sitting in their lobby. As you can see from the pics, if you are going to be there for a bit, they do have a lobby, with a TV. Or, there are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat, within walking distance. Once in the bay the Technician informed me of the cost, and asked if I was okay with it. Once said yes, he went right taking care of business. After completing the oil change the Technician showed me the oil stick, and confirmed it was at a proper level. It was a hot, late July day in Northern Alabama, which the humidity is a doozy. But they have fans running in the bays. All-in-all, I highly recommend Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, in Hazel Green, and thank them all for their great service. Do not hesitate to schedule an appointment, or just drive up. Also, be sure to look for their coupon, for 26 off on Oil Changes. I am a thrifty guy, and squeeze every penny I get. Clean: Lobby, Restroom, and inside the Work Bays. Bravo guys.
