  Express Oil Change in Hazel Green does a great job servicing your vehicle. I visted today for an oil change and to ask about my brakes. They are quick, knowledgeable and is transparent on price from the beginning. They dont try to push sales on you or over charge. Staff is professional. They actually answer the phone too. Highly Recommend them for your vehicle needs! Thanks Chris and Jea!

  NOT GOING HERE ANYMORE. Yall want to up your prices on oil changes, well.. I'll just change my own oil for now on. Y'all also wouldn't honor your coupon since I brought in my own oil and filter, so it's more expensive to get an oil change when bring your own oil and filter now then just using your own oil? No thanks

  5 stars for this location!! Not sure where they get their technicians, but holy smokes. That red headed hottie named Brady was super nice and quick! And the boss Jackie was exceptional! Do they send them all to get their legs as toned and shiny as his?!? Because I was feeling a little jealous of those legs! He was super quick as well. Just like I like my men!

  I went to the location in Hazel Green, AL and this young man Jaquaveous did my oil change. Not only did he change my oil he topped of my washer fluid as well. He was so well mannered. It was super hot outside, he made sure I had a seat in the inside, away from the heat. He ROCk!!!When I go back, I’m asking for him.

  Avoid this location. I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I ended up waiting roughly two hours for them to finish working on my car. Less than two weeks after my oil change my car stalled and stopped on the road and was able to with the help of another Express oil change employee at a different location to get my car brought in to their shop. After looking at my car they noticed that my car was leaking oil and had less than a quart. They also said that so much oil leaking out had weakened my alternator. They said that my filter wasn't on there properly. I reached out to the other shop to tell them the issue and the manager acted like it wasn't a big deal that the oil change they did caused my car to stall, have alternator issues and could have potentially done a lot more damage to my car. I did end up taking it to them to get all the oil cleaned, the manager did give me a refund for the oil change, but claimed that the alternator was just fine and not weak. I was mad and very short with him. I don't trust this location and honestly don't really have a positive outlook on this company in general.
