  These guys went above and beyond to help me and they got it done. Friendly, professional and determined. I am thankful for them. I’m sending them business as much as I can. I personally will always be a return customer. Thank again guys. That tractor tire was a lifesaver.

  Got my front rotors brakes and tires replace. And when I checked a few days later noticed that they never changed my front tires. They changed my back tires which I had already gotten replaced 3 months ago. Iv tried to go in. Iv tried calling and everytime they tell me they cant get in touch with the manager to fix my issue. Now im out 250$ and still need new tires.

  Jon was excellent, professional and compassionate. We were on a long trip with 2 dogs and got a flat on I-65. Once we made it to Mavis on a spare he helped us unload and load our luggage and items in the 100 degree temperature and let us sit in the cool waiting room with the dogs. The service was quick at a fair price. We recommend Mavis if you get need auto repair or tire replacement in Hartsville. Thank you Jon.

  I scheduled a front end alignment and 4 tires to be mounted and balanced. Showed up for my appointment that was at 12. Guy asked would I be waiting, yes me and my kids will be at the restaurant, how long will it take. About an hour and a half. Ok cool. Spend about an hour and 5 minutes at the restaurant passing time. Come out truck still in same spot. Let me go check on it. Ask has the ford truck been touched. One guy let me go check, other guy right when I ask says no. I was at least thinking one had already been done. Nope, no apologies nothing. Give me my keys. I’m not mad they wasted an hour and 15 minutes of my time, but my kids time yes I was mad about that. Please choose a place that is honest and trustworthy. If you can’t honor an appointment don’t make one. Hopefully the owner contacts me. It’s in the system. Got some things I would love to release on him or her.
