  What started as a simple boat rental turned into one of our family’s favorite memories. From the very first time I called Val Monte Marina, Veronica was always kind, patient, professional, and happy to answer all of my questions. As first-time renters, she made the entire process easy and stress-free. The Sunday morning crew was just as wonderful. They were friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything before we left the dock, making us feel comfortable and confident. Our day on Lake Guntersville was everything we hoped for. Hearing the laughter, watching our family enjoy tubing, and spending quality time together created memories we’ll cherish for years to come. Thank you, Veronica, and the entire Val Monte Marina team, for your outstanding customer service and for helping make our family day so special. Highly recommend!

  We rented a pontoon boat here recently. The boat was beautiful and performed flawlessly. The staff were friendly and helpful! All in all a very good experience! Thanks so much!
